Welcome to Asia Outdoor Trade Show 2011.

In order to assist you in the preparation for the coming trade fair, we supply

you this manual to simplify your arrangements. Exhibitors are strongly advised to

study this manual carefully and deal with all relevant matters promptly so that

your requests can be processed smoothly. If you need any services during the fair

please fill in, sign and stamp the order form and fax or email back to the contact

which you can find on the top of each form. Please keep all items sent to us.

In July, 2010 the fouth Asia Outdoor Trade Show was held successfully in

Nanjing, China. 359 outdoor brands, 16326 trade visitors attended the exhibition.

And in this year, we will meet here again in 2011 Asia Outdoor, from July 27 to 30.

Nanjing, with abundant resources of mountain, lake, and river, is a unique

place for outdoor sports activities. Profound cultural heritages and tourism

resources: Nanjing has been the capitals of six dynasties. The Imperial Tomb of

Ming Dynasty has been listed as the world heritage. More historic scene like The

Ming Dynasty Walls and the Confucius Temple can be found in Nanjing.

We propose that everybody to protect the environment. Please save

resources and promote the environment protection during installation, exhibition,

dismantling, and supporting program.

We at the same propose that everyone to create an Asia Outdoor that is filled

with harmony, comfort and friendship. We suggest that the noise intensity be

limited below 60 dB.

1.2 Ticket and Badge Management:

2011 Asia Outdoor is only available to trade visitors.

Strict badge management will be adopted. Pass badges include Exhibition Installation

Badge, Exhibitor Badge, Trade Visitor Badge, VIP Badge, Journalist Badge, Organizer

Badge, Admission Ticket, Vehicle Permit, and other valid badges that are admitted by

organize committee.

Exhibitor Badge：

Two free Exhibitor Badge provided for each standard booth of 9 sqm; one free Exhibitor

Badge for bare booth of 10 sqm. If more badges are needed, please fill the exhibitor

registration form, and email or fax to organize committee. The price for each badge is

RMB 50, and the badge is valid through July 23 to July 31.

Vehicle Permit:

2 free Vehicle Permit Badges for every 100 sqm; and 1 more for each additional 50 sqm; if

more badges are needed, please fill the application form and fax to organizing committee.

The cost of badge is RMB 50 each, and the badge is valid through July 23 toJuly 31. This

badge is the permit of Nanjing International Expo Centre and temporary parking pass.

Installation Badge:

To apply for this badge, please turn to Application Form of Special Decoration for details.

Trade visitor Admission Ticket:

2 free admission tickets per sqm for each exhibitor. By presenting the ticket and business

card, the ticket will be exchanged to Trade Visitor Badge on spot for free.

The cost of admission ticket is RMB 50 each.

What is exhibition catalogue?

Exhibition catalogue contents all information about the exhibition, such as name list of

exhibitors, schedule of activities, introduction of exhibition hall, accommodation,

shopping, and etc. It is an important way to popularize your company.

1.7 Insurance

Exhibitors and delegates are advised to attend to their own personal accident, property

and exhibits insurance at their home country.

1.8 News Release Center

Domestic and abroad journalists will be invited to visit the fair, collect information about

the fair and its participants, and make reports from the Press Release Center. Exhibitors

are encouraged to supply their publicity materials and products brochures to Press

Release Center. Please see Form for details.

1.9 Visa

Please note that a visa is required to enter China. Please fill in the following form if you

require a visa invitation letter.

1.10 Credit Card and Currency Exchange

Currency exchange service is available in most major hotels, banks and airports.

Exhibitors are advised to bring sufficient cash with them as credit cards are only valid in

major hotels, banks and airports. VISA and MASTERCARD are most commonly used in

China.

2.Rules and Regulations

1. Admission

Admitted are all companies meeting the following qualifications: domestic and foreign

manufacturers of the exhibits, as well as companies offering written proof that they are

authorized by a manufacturer to exhibit his products. Exhibits must be registered

trademarks and conform to the accompanying exhibits index and indicated precisely by

name and type in the application. Admission will be decided upon by NJNF and

confirmed in writing.

2. Application and confirmation

Application for registration shall be made with this form, which shall be fully completed

and signed with legally binding signature, and send as soon as possible to NJNF. With

your signature you agree to our General and Special Terms of Participation. The signed

application form is binding. Provisos of any kind cannot be considered. Upon receipt of

your application you will receive a written confirmation and, in case of admission, a

confirmation of your stand-site as soon as stand-planning is completed. As exhibitor you

are obligated to only exhibit specified products and keep the stand occupied for the

entire duration of the exhibition. Prior to accepting other companies or products at your

stand you will need the consent of NJNF.

Due to special circumstances it might be necessary to: relocate your stand, to alter the

size and dimensions of reserved space, to change entrances, exits and corridors or to

make structural changes even after you have received a confirmation of your stand.

3. About the stand

After confirmed, the exhibitors will receive Exhibitor Service Manual (simplified as ESM),

which includes the details of the requirements and services for exhibitors during the fair.

If there is any difference from this Special Terms of Participation, everything is subject to

ESM.

Stand building and dismantling should meet the requirements in ESM.

The music in stand should not be higher than 60 db.

Any exhibitor is forbidden to attend the fair in the form of co-operator without original

permission of NJNF.

The exhibitors cannot do any advertisement or business out of their stands during the

fair.

4. Exhibits

The application form must contain exact details of the exhibited products. These may

only include products and services belonging to one of the categories listed in the index.

Those exhibits that are not included can be removed from the stand by the

organizer after commencement of the exhibition and at the exhibitor’s cost. This is

especially the case if, due to incorrect definitions (collective groupings), competitive

goods are located either next to one another or in close proximity to one another. Further,

exact details are required from exhibitors of wholesale goods of the manufacturer, with

commercial address, and the exhibited articles.

5. Sales regulations

Direct sales and other services or deliveries made from the stand

are not permitted. Exhibited goods may not be delivered to the retail trade until

after the trade fair closes (see also terms and conditions of participation, point 11). The

stipulations of the law on rebates and bonuses must be observed.

6. Cancellation

On the condition that the exhibition was ceased owing to force majeure, NJNF has the

right to cancel or delay the exhibition and will not be responsible to it.

If the exhibitors do not check in after July, 26 or have announced to cancel to attend the

fair, NJNF has the right to sell the stand the exhibitors booked before to another

company without prior announcement.

The cancellation fee will be 20% of the invoiced stand rental fee, if we are able to sell the

stand to another company. In case we cannot sell the stand to another company we will

charge you the full stand rental fee.

Written permission would be necessary if the exhibitors want to reduce the surface of

stand, and some relevant fees will be charged.

7. Booking and assignment of stands

NJNF will endeavor to satisfy wishes regarding location and size of the stand considering

the arrangement inside the halls and open ground. Stand allocation will be based on the

data stated in the exhibitor’s form submitted with the application. Deviations are to be

expected for technical reasons. With the official confirmation of admission, a layout plan

will be submitted showing the position of the exhibitor’s stand.

8. Stand rent / fees

All prices for stand renting include 5.5% tax. If a two-level stand should be approved 50%

of the above-mentioned rate will be charged for the space of the upper structure. For

calculation purposes, fractions of a square meter are rounded up, without making any

allowance for columns, offsets, installation outlets, etc. The minimum indoor special

decoration stand area is 36m2.

Electrical power consumption: EURO1.2 per kwh and the connection fee is calculated

according to the specific request.

Waste disposal: Garbage and waste from stand building and dismantling has to be

disposed of by the exhibitor. Disposal of waste that has been left on the exhibition

grounds after the show will be invoiced to the exhibitor. For general waste disposal NJNF

charges a flat rate of EURO 2/m2.

9. Approval for Stand building / engineering / events

The standard stand height is 2.50 m. Stands which wholly or partially exceed this height

must be submitted with a plan to the project management for approval at least 4 weeks

before the start of the construction work. The back walls of the stands and the

uninterrupted walls may not exceed a height of 6 m. The use of flooring is strictly

specified.

Furthermore, the following also need to be approved; ceiling attachments, playing of

music and the use of audio-visual equipment with sound on fair stands as well as any

trade fair or stand parties.

10. Co-exhibitor & Catalogue

The participation fee per co-exhibitor is EURO215.-/company. This contains the entry in

the catalogue, guide and Internet. The deadline for the catalogue entry is shown on the

form.

11. Terms of payment

50 % of the invoiced stand rent is payable immediately upon receipt of the invoice, the

rest by June 30, 202011Invoices issued after June 30, 202011re to be paid in full within 7

days after receipt of invoice. This provision is deemed a special agreement as defined by

clause 5 of the General Terms and Conditions of Participation. The right to occupy a

stand is secured only if the contractually agreed payment deadlines have been met.

Stand staff must be able to pay outstanding service bills (e. g. electricity, partition walls)

during the exhibition.

Failure to comply with the terms of payment and to meet deadlines may lead to exclusion

from the exhibition and invoicing of any expenses incurred plus default interest at the

customary bank rates.

Foreign exhibitors (companies) can have the value added tax they have been charged

reimbursed if the appropriate legal requirements are fulfilled.

12. Responsibilities and duties

Exhibition’s risk would be afforded by the exhibitors. Three-party’s responsibility caused

by the exhibitors during the exhibition is due to the exhibitors. During the time of the

exhibition, the exhibitors would be responsible for the safety of products.

13. Violation of exhibition terms and conditions

Violation of the exhibition terms and conditions gives NJNF the right to close your stand

immediately and to clear it off without requiring court action. This applies in particular to

cases of advertising in contravention of the law, against good morals or directed against

the purposes of the exhibition and in case of advertising for political or ideological

purposes.

14. Guarding/Liability

The organizer does not assume any obligation to exercise proper care of exhibits, stand

fittings and objects, which are the property of the stand personal.

15. Technical documentation

Together with the admission confirmation and stand rental invoice the exhibitor will

receive all necessary forms for ordering utility connections, furniture and carpeting rental,

insurance, freight forwarding, hotel reservation and etc.

15. Verbal agreements

Verbal agreements over and above the scope of the present contract are enforceable

only if they have been confirmed in writing form.

16. Temporary protection of inventions at exhibitions

Application is made for temporary protection of inventions at the exhibition. We point out

that such protection can only be made out for registered pattern.

1.The hall party shall be entitled to increase management fees of special decoration,

up to 30 yuan /m2, according to different characteristics of exhibitions and the complexity

of decoration;

2. The hall party shall be entitled to raise the deposit of special decoration, up to 50

3. Suspension points must be reserved. The builder must arrive at the site for

positioning before entrance. The bearing weight shall be strictly limited to 100Kg at one

point;

4. Application for connection to public utilities during exhibition process must be

reserved, and the location of power distribution boxes, water and gas connection shall

also be indicated on the booth drawing, or otherwise the hall party shall have the

right not to grant construction;

Excerpts ofhallmanagementregulations

1. Booth structure should not shelter, cover, occupy fire facilities in the hall, ground distribution

boxes, fire engine access;

2. The frontal projected area of all structures of the booth must be within the provided booth

area;

3. Electric saws and electric planers (including hand-held electric saws and planer), and large-scale paint processing are prohibited;

spray guns are particularly not allowed;

4. All booths with special decoration must undergo fireproofing treatment;

5. Take good care of valuables, do not arbitrarily place small items and lock notebook computer (the information desk provides the lock

free of charge);

6. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the hall;

7. All personnel enter and leave the hall with certificate and subject to the examination of security personnel;

8. Do not use flammable and explosive items, such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol and banana oil, etc., and materials with

overstandard environmental indexes;

9. Do not dismantle or change the standard booth without permission, paint or drill holes on exhibition panels, aluminum profiles and

floor, saw or cut off aluminum profiles and panels of the hall;

10. The Centre reserves the right to implement special restrictions on special situations;

China, Regulations on Management of Large-scale Mass Activities (Decree No. 505 of the State Council) and Production Safety Law,

and has carefully read Rules for Using the Exhibition Halls, Regulations on Safety Management of Exhibit Arrangement, Responsibility

for Construction Safety of Special Decorated Booth and Fire Regulations of Exhibition Halls of Nanjing International Expo Center. We

booth construction and dismantling; abide by relevant management regulations of the hall lessor; obey the management of the

management personnel of the hall lessor. We ensure that the booth structure is firm and meets the fire protection requirements of

Nanjing. We will take full responsibility for any casualty, fire, damage to buildings and facilities of the hall and all other safety liability

accidents due to violation of the above regulations or engineering accidents, and bear all the reputation and economic loss caused

therefrom to Nanjing International Expo Center.
