1) preparing all kind of calculation related to Design and Dynamic of electrically operated vehicle such as E-Rickshaw, Golf cart, Royale/Vintage car and customized car.2) Making essential design to upgrade the existing system.3) Effectively working in R&D department for new machine installation or upgrading old machinery after giving valuable inputs.4) Developing Plant Layout .5) Production Process layout

SIGNIFICANT ACCOMPLISHMENT

1) Implementing cost saving initiatives that remove non value steps from the process, consequently saving time & money without impacting the quality of the finished product .2) Designed the sheet metal parts of E-Rickshaw, Golf cart, Vintage car and generated the NC code for Plasma CNC cutting.

4) Designing the layout of plant including fabrication department, Assembly line, Carpentry, Fibre, Paint department & implementing the same.5)Identifying mistake proofing technique or poke-yoke & make operator know it by implementing some new technique.
