– Repeat 1st time, but if grade = C or better, then student may not repeat the same course again except when:
• Significant lapse of time requires repetition• Student petition extenuating circumstances

chapter 6, the language of this section was modified to limit the scope of subdivision (c) to English composition courses. However, it has been concluded that this was erroneous and that reading courses should also fall under that provision. The amendments will accomplish this. ”
