Part of our identity is entwined with our celebrations

As teachers we must also remember to validate the identities of our students.

One way is through acknowledging their celebrations as well as our own…

We need to show our students that there are differences.

That these differences…

…are allowed

…are good…are beautiful

And all should be respected.
