For my magazines I will be using male and female Asian models, as the genre of my magazine is Asian. I will dress my models appropriately and with suitable costumes as it has got to be appealing to my target audience, and also has to match with my genre. Here are some images which I have chosen, these images to me are acceptable in terms of costumes and shot type, the shot type will be very important as it will leave space around the sides of the cover for me to put subheadings and other bits of information that I am thinking of putting on. The models below include Katrina Kaif, an Indian actress in Bollywood, and the other two models are Balachander Singh, and Harjeet Kaur. The artists I have chosen have their own unique style, so I will make my models match with the artists style so my magazine will be more appealing and attractive. These shots seem very decent to me, but the only change I will have to make on them all is to lengthen the top borders as I will have minimal, or even no space for my title.

CostumesThe costumes I will use will be similar to those in which the artists are wearing in the images above, as this will look more appealing and will match with the genre of my magazine. I will get Sarees, Ladies Suits, Sherwani’s, and all the bits and bobs such as the scarf's for the Sherwanis and matching sandals for the Sherwani, also bangles, earrings, and bindis,for the female model to wear. I will be taking a number of different shots until I feel I have taken the right cover shot, also I will make my models redress a couple of times until they have the right look and image.

PropsFor my cover shot, I may not need too many props, the only relevant props I feel I may need is a chair for my female model to pose on, and maybe some shades if needed. The use of my props gives my magazine a more original look and not something which is very similar to other music magazines, it will give my magazine a more unique look.
