Taşıyıcı cinsi, cam elyaf oranı ve taşıyıcı akışkanlığına göre değişmektedir. Ayrıca bu sınıftaki PPH grubu ürünlerimizin ECO (geri dönüşüm PP) serisi de bulunmaktadır. Standart ürünlerimiz ve cam elyafın Polipropilen homo polimer ile bağdaşması sonucu oluşan fiziksel ve mekanik değerler aşağıda tablo olarak verilmektedir.

Mineral katkı olarak silika. Kalsiyum karbonat(kalsit), talk, barit, kaolin vb. hammaddeleri ortam ve proses işleme değerlerine uygun, ek aktive edici katkılar kullanarak; müşterimizin uygulama yapacağı alana ve son ürüne göre formülize etmekteyiz.

Electrical insulation is very good.Water resistance is high.It gives breaking strength with increasing hardness in the product.It is used in defense industry, automotive industry, furniture and chair production.Pipes used in the building industry are highly preferred due to their resistance to moist environment, thermal conductivity and easy processing.

POLYPROPYLENE CARRIER FIBER GLASS APPLICATIONS (GF / PP)

Glass spheres are glass beads with high transparency.The glass bead reduces the specific gravity of the product except the impact resistance added by the glass fiber to the product and creates surface gloss.

Silica as mineral additive. Calcium carbonate (calcite), talc, barite, kaolin etc. using additional activating additives in accordance with ambient and process processing values; we formulate according to the area where the customer will apply and the final product.
