ARY cutlery was born from experience and expertise in quality cutlery pieces, and fueled with a passion for innovation. When the company’s founder first began his career working in the food processing and preparation industries, he quickly gained a unique insight into the challenges and shortfalls of the professional cutlery available at that time. A desire to improve these conditions lead him to found ARY cutlery in 1983.
new innovations in cutlery followed.
the launch of the cG3000 Double injection Handle increased the longevity of a knife by preventing the blade from getting loose in the handle and eliminated a key area of bacterial growth.
Most recently, ARY developed the cG4000 Handles. these 21st
century knives are made of a high tech polymer, which is smooth for comfort, but still effective in wet environments.

Properly cleaning and storing knives will ensure they perform to the fullest potential and extend their lifespan.
cleAn Washing knives immediately after using will prevent bacteria from forming and keep them sharp. it is important to wash all knives by hand and thoroughly dry them.
stoRe storing dirty knives can result in rust and contamination. once knives are washed and dried, store them safely in a quality knife rack, butcher block, magnetic strip or case. never store knives in a drawer or with blades exposed. Properly storing knives will keep the edges clean and sharp.
