Edouard also teaches a wide variety of fitness classes like spinning and body conditioning at community centres around Vancouver including a special- ized fitness class for seniors on Fridays at 11am, here at the Roundhouse. STEPHANIE PEDRAZA Flamenco Instructor Stephanie Pedraza is a unique combination of singer, songwriter, flamenco dancer and cantaora. She received two consecutive advanced arts study grants from The Vancouver Foundation which enabled her to complete her dance studies at the renown Fundacion Flamenco Cristina Hereen in Sevilla, Spain, as well as to be mentored by some of the greatest figures in Flamenco. Over the past decade, Stephanie has toured extensively and taught workshops across Canada and interna- tionally in countries such as Mexico, Spain, Colombia, Guatemala and the USA.
