What is service learning? Simply put service learning, is learning by doing. Each intern is asked to complete 12 hours of volunteer service learning. These hours are to be completed throughout between September and May. Interns who joined the program in January will have until August to complete their service learning hours. Hours should be tracked by the intern on their Service Learning time sheets and given to staff at checkins. Service Learning hours should be completed at PlatteForum unless approved otherwise.
