•2007, appalling conditions of government prosthetic centres•A definite need had arisen to cater for these children and Artists4Amputees was born.

•Vision Eradicate the stigma of disabilities and assist amputees and artists alike.
•Mission Providing children with prostheses and help them, getting in contact with the right people in order for optimum rehabilitation. After which we want to assist them with upkeep of the prosthesis as well as education in order to enable them to support themselves in the future.
