About The Artist He was born in Corum/Turkey in 1984. He graduated from Gazi University Education Faculty Art Education Department in 2007. He got his master degree from Erciyes University Institute of Fine Arts Painting Department in 2010. He won two awards in national painting competitions. He held three solo exhibitions and participated in about hundred national and international mixed exhibitions. His paintings are in several collections in USA, Spain, Turkey, Ukrain, Italy and France. He works in Usak University Faculty of Fine Arts Basic Education Department as a lecturer and continues his Ph.D. degree in Hacettepe University Institute of Fine Arts Painting Department. He is a member of Visual Art Education Assocation (VAEA) and United Painters and Sculptors Association (UPSA).

Statement I struggle for the truth that is lived with my art. The truth is sometimes an internal approach aimed to society, and sometimes the expression of the imaginary heroes that I settle up in my fictional imagination. Besides, another element reflecting my work is the instant photographic frames of life. Sometimes I admire the eye-catching lights of a small town, and sometimes I’m captivated by a tiny garbage pail that adds sense to that beautiful place. The real settling up begins when I’m in front of the canvas. I’ve never painted just to paint, and I never do. If I paint, I’ve absolutely a story to tell about life. In this way, my hand and my brush become a united whole and I start to face with canvas with all of my courage. Such that, when I put the last spot, I want the work to be just like a drawing with all of the sentiments I felt.
