    HOME OF THE DAYTONA 500

    Home of the Daytona 500, the Daytona International Speedway is one of the most celebrated annual sporting events in the U.S., generating a crush of drivers, teams, sponsors and fans during a one week period. ROSSETTIs design features game changing ideas for fan experience and sponsor activation.

  • NEW YORK | NEW YORKARTHUR ASHE STADIUM

    The Mens US Open at Arthur Ashe Stadium had been delayed five years in a row due to rain. In 2013, ROSSETTI unfolded the workable plan to construct a retractable roof over Arthur Ashe Stadium. The steel superstructure supports two sliding, fabric covered panels, which will cover the stadium in the case of rain. The moving roof is scheduled to be complete and operational for the 2016 US Open Tennis Championship.

    Ford Field accommodates as many as 65,000 fans for Detroit Lions league games and expands to 80,000 seats for special events, such as the NFL Super Bowl in 2006 and WWW events. Other special events include the CONCACAF Gold Cup in 2011 and annual mega rock concerts, like Madonna and Eminem. ROSSETTI incorporated the historic Hudsons warehouse into the design of its premium products and restaurants.

    This 20,000-seat soccer stadium creates a strong sense of community belonging with its open north end and connection to transit-oriented development. Its program is carefully integrated into the urban environment, becoming an asset for the city. Visitors arriving from the transit station are greeted with expansive views of the plaza, gardens, and open bowl.

    The City of Stockholm and AEG consulted with ROSSETTI to bring a hospitality approach to its sports and entertainment district. ROSSETTI designed a variety of premium products that addressed special target markets with segmented ticket options. The goal was to enhance social connectivity within groups during the game. ROSSETTI designed stunning interiors in the concourse and hospitality spaces, as well as innovative restaurants and modern, Scandinavian styled nightclubs. ROSSETTI developed a master plan that combined a new soccer stadium, several iconic arenas, a theatre, hotel, and retail/office space into one cohesive entertainment district.

    This 20,000-seat stadium is the first European-style soccer stadium built in the U.S. Fans are fully enclosed on two levels by the cantilevered 360 degree roof canopy, made of translucent material to let in natural light and generate the feeling of enclosure within an outdoor event. A communal dining area provides suite holders with a connective social experience during the game yet allows for exclusivity within a larger gathering space.

  • Once a blighted area, this development now hums with activity. The 20,000-seat stadium was designed to be a economical catalyst for a new sports anchored development. The sweeping roof canopy covers spectators, while providing panoramic views of the river, bridge and warehouse district. The stadiums seating bowl brings fans close to the action, while Managers Row, Field Level Seats and Field Side Tables provide the ultimate hospitality experience.

As host of the 2009 MLS All-Star Game, it was credited with bringing significant media attention to the state and positively attracting tourism.     Nestled at the base of the Kennesaw Mountain range, this stadium features bold design for an economical price tag. Fans enjoy a full range of amenities and premium products, as well as tremendous sight lines. The stadium hosts collegiate and professional soccer as well as tournaments. Its also designed to accommodate the Universitys D1 football team. As a part of a master plan for the athletic program, ROSSETTIs master plan includes tennis and volleyball courts, gymnasiums, and nature trails.

The $70 million renovation is currently underway with a complete overhaul of levels 4 and 7 of the arena. The design plan creates colorfully branded and well-lit concourses filled with technology to bring life, information and sponsorship opportunities to the concourses.
