Medir el techo a lo largo y al ancho de la habitación parahacer un plano a escala de tal manera que nos encajenlos tableros, pudiendo jugar con las diferentes medidasde las vigas laterales, maestras e intermedias de nuestrocatálogo (Fig.1).

Measure the ceiling of the room lengthwise and widthwise to makea scale plan, in such a way that the boards fit in, varying the differentmeasurements of the side, master and intermediate beams of ourcatalogue (Fig.1).

Colocaremos la viga maestra y para ello atornillaremos un taco a cada uno de los extremos enlas vigas laterales a la distancia que nos marque el tablero, 73,5 cm (Fig.3). Posteriormenteanclaremos la viga maestra a los tacos previamente atornillados y la fijaremos con alambre ycáncamos al techo en intervalos de 2-3 metros.

3To install the master beam we will screw a tab to each of the ends on the side beams at the distance marked bythe board, 73.5 cm (Fig.3). Then we will secure the master beam to the previously screwed tabs and we will secure itusing wire and eyebolts to the ceiling at 2-3 metre intervals.

We secure the four side beams (previously cut at 45? degrees) to the ceiling via wires and eyebolts. The wires mustbe bunched at the ends of each beam and at 2-3 metres intervals, levelling the four sides heightwise and joining the45º angles using the tabs TA-1,2 o 3 in accordance with the side beam measurement (Fig.2).

Fijamos las cuatro vigas laterales (previamente cortadas a inglete de 45º) al techo mediante alambresy cáncamos. Los alambres deberán de ir cogidos en los extremos de cada viga y en intervalos de 2-3metros nivelando los cuatro lados en altura y uniendo los ingletes mediante los tacos TA-1,2 o 3, segúnmedida de la viga lateral (Fig.2).

To install the Intermediate Beam, we will screw the tabs situated at the master beams which we have previously placed,leaving the exact space so that the board enters (Fig. 5).

Colocamos uno de los tableros en uno de los rincones del habitáculo y seguidamente fijamos dos tacosTA-21,22,23 o 24 de viga intermedia que deberemos unir al techo (mediante tornillos) y a tope conel tablero (Fig. 3).3

We install one of the boards at one of the corners of the dwelling and then we secure two tabs TA-11,12,13 or 14 ofIntermediate Beam which we must secure to the ceiling (using screws) and adjoining the board (Fig. 3).

We affix four securing tabs at each of the corners and various intermediate tabs every 2 metres. Then we screw the fourside beams cut at 45º angle to those tabs already placed (Fig.2).

Encajamos la viga intermedia en los dos tacos (Fig 4), la fijamos con clavos en los laterales y repetiremosla operación anterior tantas veces sea necesario hasta terminar toda la fila de tableros.4We fit in the Intermediate Beam into the two tabs (Fig 4), we secure it with nails at the sides and repeat the previousoperation as many times as is necessary until completing the whole row of boards.

Repetiremos el trabajo desde el punto 3 hasta la última viga maestra. En este caso colocaremos lostacos de separación pero sin dicha viga para poder encajarlos. Una vez colocados todos los tablerosencajamos la última viga maestra.6 We will repeat the work from point 3 until the last master beam. In this case we will place the separation tabs but withoutsaid beam so as to be able to fit them in. Once all the boards have been placed, we fit in the last master beam.

Si se quiere rematar para obtener un buen acabado existen unasmolduras de realce que también sirven para absorver 7 cm dedescuabre entre pared y viga maestra, así obtendrá una obra dearte de gran belleza (Fig. 6).

If it is wished to put the finishing touches to obtain a good finish, there areenhancement frames which are also used to take up 7 cm which is misalignedbetween the wall and the master beam. In this way you will obtain a magnificentwork of art (Fig. 6).

Fijamos los tacos de la viga maestra al techo y, junto a los tableros ya colocados, mediante tornillos aproximadamentecada 2 metros, y encajamos la viga maestra fijándola mediante clavos en los laterales (Fig. 5).5We secure the tabs of the master beam to the ceiling and, along with the boards already placed using screws approximatelyevery 2 metres, we fit in the master beam, securing by means of nails on the sides (Fig. 5).

El primer paso sería realizar una medición a lo largo de la pared para hacer el reparto de los tableros yseparación intermedia de duelas, para poder pedir el material necesario para el correcto montaje (Fig. 1).1The first step is to carry out a measurement along the wall to distribute the boards and the intermediate separation of stavesin order to be able to request the material required for the correct assembly (Fig. 1).

Trazaremos en la pared tres trazos con un tiralineas. Midiendo desde el suelo el primer trazo lo hacemosa 16 cm, el siguiente a 89 cm y el último a 101 cm (Fig. 2).2On the wall we will draw three lines with a ruling pen. Measuring the first line at 16 cm from the ground, the next at 89cm and the last at 101 cm (Fig. 2).

Clavaremos un rastrel en la pared junto al suelo y el segundo a 101, dejando ver el trazo por arriba.Sabiendo el número de duelas intermedias (separación entre tableros) que vamos a colocar, cortaremosdos rastreles con 4 centrímetros menos de la medida entre tableros. Clavamos a la altura de 16 y 89cm, dejando ver el trazo por arriba (Fig. 3).
