What are the most important skills an artist can have?

To be able to express themselves through visual markings et. To be able to actually get how they feel onto the paper.

To understand how to make a piece visually appealing to the eye.

To be able to work with whatever materials they’re given and to be able to change something or to be able to look at it in another way if one thing turns out different from originally planned.
