WELCOME to our2011 CATALOG

fall 2011 inspirations
LITERARY pursuitsMake room for books. Technology has brought us new ways to read but our love for paper bound books is back. Whether leather bound or bright and cheerful, books are now seen as valued objects in décor that express our love for the literary arts.
FLOWERING lavenderThis look is as much about the trend-right color as the stunning flower. With the movement toward natural living, we are increasingly interested in the therapeutic virtues of lavender. The look is soft and serene, perfect for adding this season’s hottest color to walls.
NEW regencyThis look is fit for a Queen. Regally inspired motifs are mixed and matched with fresh design for a royal look without the King’s ransom. The New Regency is divine in shades of Tiffany Blue long seen as the color of upper crust living.
FLOWER powerImages of flowers in home décor have been a mainstay throughout time. Over the years florals have continually evolved and this season is no different. Our artists have created a fresh look with blooms popping off the page either as silhouettes, in bright pop-inspired palettes or with a macro perspective.
MID CENTURY glamourFrom Hollywood to the streets of Paris, the classic styling from the mid 1950s and 60s is all the rage. From soft pastels to the ultra glam of high heels and jewels, this trend continues to inspire Fashion Houses and artists alike.
LOST & FOUND documentsEverything old is new again. As we move ever forward into a digital age, our love and admiration for hand-crafted art increases. From vintage type to hand-done calligraphy, this look adds vintage artistry to collections.

Moving to California she attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena where she graduated with a BFA in Photography. A successful commercial photographer, she combines her photographic talents with lab expertise, delivering images to a wide range of Publications and Ad Agencies.

Barrett earned degrees in painting and art history from the Savannah College of Art and Design. While attending, he discovered that he could combine classical painting techniques with a sophisticated use of Southern decorative tradition, to create art that is simultaneously original and familiar.

Some days are quiet – some days are abstract.” Every day is a painting for artist Natasha Barnes, a whole new way of looking at my world. “Inspirations are found in my travels. I absorb the moments and transfer the feelings to my canvas, bright and bold. Every stroke moulds my signature; in so doing, creating another piece of Natasha Barnes. This is my art.”
Cristin AtriaCristin Atria is inspired by the architecture and life of the American South, which she captures so wonderfully in her photographs. His work is often inspired by road trips throughout the country to small American towns. “I love pairing a sleek contemporary design with antique distressing. It adds texture making that piece stand out as a representation of what we are ... a country based on history but moving into the future.”
Emily AdamsEmily Adams finds inspiration in her many surroundings, from the vibrancy of the city to the quiet of the countryside. She often contemplates her next painting while wandering through bustling antique markets or enjoying a meditative garden stroll. Her work is known for stylishly capturing a juxtaposition of modern and old world elements. Whether she paints florals or an object found on one of her many adventures, it is always rendered with soft brushstrokes and a varied palette.

He sees the forms of nature as being more elegant than any he can create, and is excited to celebrate the hidden wonder of the construction of a common leaf, as shown by the etching process he discovered. Inspired and intrigued by the work of pioneering artists in the field of skeletonized leaves, Booker sought to develop his own unique process. His former career in chemical and physical process research helped him find a way to give leaves a lacey effect. After many tries, a process emerged which enabled Booker to reveal the fine patterns found in many native North American leaves.
