JUDGING DAY IS THURSDAY 2 Horticulture to be delivered Friday from 1pm to 5pm (sharp). 3 Articles will not be accepted, nor returned, by post. 4 All exhibits must remain on display during the show. 5 The Pavilion will close at 4pm on Sunday and exhibits are to be collected not earlier than 5.30pm until 6.30pm. (excepting Schools, see page 19) 6 Exhibitors must produce their portion of the entry form when collecting exhibits. RULES: 1 Stewards have the right to transfer any exhibit to it’s correct class if they believe it has been entered incorrectly. 2 Stewards take all care, but the Society does not accept responsibility for any damages/loss that may occur. 3 Judge’s decision is final. 4 All articles are restricted to a reasonable size that must be able to be lifted by one person, unaided. 5 Sizes for articles if listed in the schedule must be observed. 6 OVERSIZE articles will NOT be judged. Novice Exhibitor- A “Novice Exhibitor”, is one who has not won a 1st Prize at any Agricultural Society Show in the same or similar class.
