Dec 30 2013 Letter to Sheriff Smith in response to a brief telephone conversation this day.Sumter County Georgia Sheriff Pete Smith has thus far refused to arrest Lisa Coogle Rambo citing that the alleged crimes occurred within the venue of Macon County Georgia. Macon County Georgia Sheriff Charles Cannon asserts that the alleged crimes must have occurred in Sumter County. Sumter County Sheriff Smith asked me if I had spoken to district attorney Plez Hardin about this. I indicated that Plez Hardin does not return my calls and refuses my certified letters to him. Smith then asks if I had contacted the attorney general. I indicated that this is a local problem which local government must deal with not some state attorney general. Smith then tells me he will call Charles(Macon County Sheriff) and will call me back. Sheriffs appear to work for attorneys not we the people. Said state actors have apparently circled their wagons to protect their friend and federal / State fund embezzler Lisa Coogle Rambo. Juvenile court judge Lisa Rambo enables the kidnapping of kids for the express purpose of the public monies each kid brings to each one of the Counties she presumes(under color of law) to adjudicate within.Evidence exists and continues to accrue that both Macon and Sumter Counties, in addition to specific State actors, has in place an informal policy the consequences of which deprives people of Constitutionally guaranteed rights.Left uncharged, un-arrested, and unaccountable Lisa Coogle Rambo is free to conspire to kidnap a kid, place that kid within DFCS, and that kid may be abused, raped, tortured, molested, or killed as is commonly the case within Georgia State custody. In our case, not one single sheriff would investigate the injury our son suffered while in state custody. Update: Sheriff Pete Smith called me this morning to let me know that he was refusing to act upon my allegations unless district attorney Plez Hardin directs him to do otherwise. This recorded conversation is very important because it shows that Pete Smith is not only indifferent the rights of children being violated but also that he is intentionally protecting a known rights violator - Lisa Rambo. Also made evident is that Sheriff Pete Smith is very much directed and controlled by attorney Plez Hardin. There is now plenty of evidence indicating that the deprivation of Constitutionally protected rights is a custom within Sumter and Macon Counties, Georgia. The state actors within these counties routinely deprive children and their parents of their 4th Amendment rights and refuse to protect the people from those deprivations. Sheriffs Pete Smith and Charles Cannon have just given the green light to DFCS and Lisa Rambo to continue depriving the rights of children. The only one that will protect you from state sponsored kidnapping is you. Your children are big money for the counties and for Lisa Rambo. If you allow your children to be taken by these socialist human traffickers then it is reasonable to expect very bad things will occur to him/her. If your child is harmed, the Sheriffs will do nothing except to protect the state actor accused of harming your child. If your child is taken in violation of the 4th Amendment the Sheriffs will allow it and will actively protect the wrongdoers. Georgia government is a corrupt, fraud and force-based system. Remember that you have the right and the obligation to defend your children from the child predators and miscreants populating CPS, DFCS, your County Sheriff, and the likes of Lisa Rambo....by any means necessary. In Georgia, as our case has established, DFCS can physically kidnap and harm your child and with the full support of the County Sheriff and district attorneys.

16-4-8 Conspiracy

16-11-37. Terroristic threats and acts

16-10-23. Impersonating a public officerMrs. Rambo committed these crimes under the color of law that is to say under the mere pretense of official authority. Mrs. Rambo is also embezzling public funds because she was receiving public funds while committing the above crimes.Mr. Smith, you have indicated that these crimes are not in your venue. You are mistaken for these reasons:1. Lisa Rambo made operative, in demonstrably bad faith, the so-called "ORDER FOR SHELTER CARE" dated 12/5/2012 while a Sumter County employee, residing in Sumter County, within the Sumter County Courthouse.2. Said "ORDER FOR SHELTER CARE" was 100% non-compliant with the 4th and 5th Amendments thus had no force and effect of law thus was at all times a void order/judgment. For this reason venue can not be determined by the presumption that Mrs. Rambo was acting as a so-called "MACON COUNTY JUVENILE JUDGE".3. Mrs. Rambo acted in a private capacity (under mere pretense of law) at all times to effectuate the unreasonable and unlawful seizure of two year old (minor's name redacted).4. There is no venue "question" regarding this matter because Lisa Rambo was operating outside of our public laws, at all times during this matter, while she was physically located in Sumter County...your jurisdiction and your venue.Explain to me why you as a law enforcer will arrest a meth distributor in Sumter County yet not arrest Lisa Rambo - a demonstrable kidnapping conspirator and bona-fide terrorist?

Evidence exists that Sumter / Macon County and several of its employees has an informal policy of intentionally depriving the Constitutionally protected rights of certain Americans.Please do not choose to protect the criminal actions of Lisa Rambo lest she victimizes another innocent son or daughter. If you assert that Lisa Rambo has not committed any of the aforementioned crimes in Sumter County or at all then please do communicate your findings to me.Sincerely,(Parent name redacted)
