To, The office, Department of Mechanical Engineering, University College of Engineering, Kota Subject: - Request for Arrear on basis of document submission. Respected Sir, Please be inform that I Rohit Gupta, Working as a faculty in department since September, 5th 2014. As per the guideline during selection procedure it is intimated that I should submit my master’s degree at the earliest possible. So that necessary approval for remuneration would be as per master degree. However, the submission of my degree document delayed by a month and could have been submitted by october,10th 2014 as perceived to my college to get it at the earliest Definitely I pleased to join since September and approval of remuneration was based on my BTech degree. The revised approval based on the documentation and procedure would take place from the month of March 2015. I would like to bring your kind attention that my documents submitted in the month of October, 2014. Hence It is requested to the department as well as directors office to consider necessary remuneration since October, 2014, In this regard your kind approval for providing the necessary arrear from October,2014 to February. 2015 is requested.
