Differentiated Instructions for Windows:

Extension:Your windows all need to be measured and cut to be exactly the same length. You may decide how big or small you want your windows. Measure your windows to the nearest 1/8 of an inch.

With the Lesson:Think of the numbers 12, 16, 18, and 20. Choose one of those numbers and draw two different arrays on the back of this paper. Use those as a guide to create your windows for your building. Be sure to label your array at the bottom.

Guided Practice:When you are ready to make your building array, choose your building and a colored strip of paper. Take all of your materials (scissors, glue, pencil, white crayon) to the carpet to work with Miss Geiger.
