Founded in 1865 near the city of Grasse, Gazignaire has specialized in the extraction and distillation of the fi nest

natural raw materials. Managed since 1990 by the Mul family, farmers for fi ve generations, the company focuses on

the traceability of its raw materials, from the plant to the extract. In 2008, the acquisition of extraction of spices and

aromatics herbs (Vanilla) activities has broadened its products portfolio. Further its setting up on a new production site

in 2009, Gazignaire uses state of the art premises that guarantee quality products and improved know-how.

• The different extraction and distillation technologies used on the manufacturing units of our Group make Gazignaire one of the leaders for all your projects regarding vanillas:

- Extracting using volatile solvent (cyclohexane and ethyl acetate): concretes and absolutes.- Extracting using ethyl alcohol: oleoresins.- Soaking of beans in alcoholic solutions: infusions, tinctures.- Distillating the infusions: distillates / spirits.- Steam distillating: vanilla distilled waters.
