ARMOR MOT ION COURSE

In this activity, the children will get to do different motions associated with the Armor of God. These

motions will help them to understand what each piece of the armor is supposed to do.

DIRECT IONS PREP BEFORE SERVICE

1. Print out the Armor Motions Course printables. 2. Have carpet circles and printable ready for the

leaders.

DURING THE SERVICE

1. Lay carpet circles from one side of the room to the other.

2. Next to each circle lay a Armor Motion Course printable.

3. Line the children up and one by one guide them through the course. When they land on a carpet circle, give them directions of what they should do, the directions are noted on the Armor Motion Course printables.
