Introduction


Armada Jaya Sdn Bhd is a 100% local Company and established in Negara

Brunei Darussalam in 1995, wholly owned and managed by Brunei Citizens

and is providing services for Construction, Dredging, Marine Support, Civil

works, Electrical and Instrumentations, Decommissioning works, Supply of

Vessels and Project Management.

Through its various agency agreements and sub-contract agreements with

several international companies, offers a wide and varied range of services

associated with the Marine, oil and gas industry offshore and onshore.

As an experienced contractor to the on and offshore industry Armada Jaya is

specialized in Dredging Works, Marine Spread Logistics, Port and Custom

Clearance and Decommissioning and Demolition works.

We can provide clients with a complete service package, resulting in effective

and cost reducing solutions, while adhering to all quality assurance and

safety standards.

Armada Jaya Sdn Bhd has access through its principals to a modern and

versatile fleet including trailers and cutters together with other types of

dredgers and auxiliary equipment.

Other activities of Armada Jaya through its principals include:

Armada Jaya is active in the entire construction process, from plan

conception, development and financing up to and including project execution

and on-going maintenance.

Since its formation on 26th July 1995, Armada Jaya has

successfully registered an increase in business growth.

With the vision of achieving a more progressive expansion, the

Management has embarked on an aggressive program to

streamline its operation, enhance trading, upgrade facilities, and

establish new business and to train local staff.

The company’s business objectives are to provide customers with

quality products and reliable services and maintain the closest

professional business relationship in order to ensure a high level

of customer’s satisfaction.

The strategy towards greater productivity is by the continuous

update and research of new market, business potentials and

discovery of business opportunities in a joint effort by Armada

Jaya’s personnel, principles and affiliates and as a cost efficient

Development and Projects

Armada Jaya Sdn Bhd has been awarded Marine Engineering

Services contracts though Armada Jaya has had to tender against

International competition in the attaining of many of the awards.

Most of the contracts included the Provision of equipment and

machinery together with Manpower and Specialist Backup

Services.

The Company’s Engineers and Consultant Staff have supervised

various prestigious projects. A listing of project are indicated in the

track record.


Registrations

Armada Jaya is registered under several Work Category

Registrations with Brunei Shell Group of Companies for

disciplines which include Marine/Offshore service

(Specialized). Well Services, Decommissioning and

Demolition (Onshore and Offshore) and complimented with

The Executive Director and Chairman of AJSB, Dato Paduka Mohd

Alimin Abd Wahab, a former CEO of the National Oil Company (Brunei
