203 alcohol/drug related fatalities, a 19.4% decrease from 2012

33.5 billion vehicle miles traveled, the same as 2012

• The fatality rate declined from 1.7 fatalities to 1.5 fatalities per 100 MVM* traveled.

• The fatal crash rate declined from 1.5 crashes to 1.4 crashes per 100 MVM* traveled.
