• We establish and define our relationship including fee agreement and review basis. The dur-ation of the scope of work should not be less than nine months.

In the last 13 years, I have been helping entrepreneurs gain clarity in strategic thinking, implemented operational and financial sys-tems to achieve efficiency and effectiveness in running businesses.

• Alvin is the CEO of Ari Capital a company that enriches entrepreneurs to create sustainable wealth. He is the author of the book financial suc-cess for entrepreneurs a book that demystifies money management and makes money make sense. This book is assisting entrepreneur who have no financial background to set up and manage successful financial systems using best practices principles. His passion is to empower en-trepreneurs to create wealth.

OUR LEAD ASSOCIATE

• In 2003 he started an accounting firm Ueollea Investments; which enables SME’s set up and manage accounting systems.

• In the same year he also worked for Quintessential consultants Limited as a fi-nancial analysts helping companies develop financial projections for the purpose of raising capital equity or debt, both locally and offshore. He later moved to Wananchi Online in 2005 where he held the financial accounting docket in charge of financial reporting and corporate governance and within one year rose up to chief accountant.

• In 2007, he joined Mavuno Church where he set up the accounting function and grew it to manage operations in four churches across Africa. He Joined Spencon Development Company Limited a real estate developer as finance manager in June 2011 and left in August 2012 to pursue his passion through Ari Capital.

• Alvin has a Bachelor’s Degree in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes Univer-sity and an ACCA (UK) from Strathmore University.
