• Group students with like skill sets and have them develop a collective development plan

• Include the results in a classroom assignment where the students identify their plans to improve

• Use data to identify at risk students. Offer the at risk students tutorial opportunities

• Study - used the SmarterMeasure results to evaluate the correlations between student readiness for distance learning and one-year student retention.• Population - undergraduate students enrolled in

online and blended programs.• Results - showed some positive significance between

technical skills, time management and motivation and one-year retention.
