Program Requirements - Purchase and install at least three (3) product categories per home

TERMS & CONDITIONS Follow these conditions of acceptance to receive your Building Solutions Residential Builder Rewards:Please note that qualifying new construction accepted into this program relates to: single-family homes including town-homes, manufactured single-family housing, as well as, multi-family dwellings including duplexes and quad-plexes. 1) Purchase and install 3 different qualifying CertainTeed product categories per home as listed on this form during the promotion dates of January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021.

2) Submit by one of the following methods: A) online at certainteed.com/resbuildersubmissionform or B) submit Proofs of Purchase in conjunction with a completed Residential Builder Rebate Submission Form found at www.certainteed.com/pro-center/residential-builder-program and mail to:CertainTeed LLCBuilding Solutions Residential Builder Program20 Moores RoadMalvern, PA 193553) Proof of purchase must be received within 60 days of purchase date to be eligible. Proof of Purchase submitted must clearly show customer’s name and location, dealer name and location, date of purchase, quantity purchased and description of items purchased. Acceptable proof of purchase includes invoices, distributor reports, or letter of confirmation along with a closing report. We will not accept packing slips, pick tickets, sales quotes, order acknowledgments or credit memos as proof of purchase. All proof of purchase for materials purchased in 2021 must be received by 03/01/2022 with completed rebate form to be eligible.

4) This program is not open to remodeling or installation contractors, commercial building builders or contractors, home associations, building owners or homeowners. Program is strictly intended for new construction residential builders. (!) IMPORTANT: Photocopy your entire submission for your records, invoices will not be returned.
