Payment for entry to the tournament will be $35.
Format
The Insidious Dr Faux Manchu is a 3 round 50ss fixed Faction tournament. The
scheme pool for each round will be drawn by the T.O. before each round.
Do not flip for any turns after the fifth turn.
Are you fiendishly cunning? Considered a relentless mastermind? Or perhaps you sport an
amazing moustache?
Well have I got the tournament for you, it’s time to shuffle your deck, plot
your devilishly cunning plan and recruit an expendable minion or ten. The Guild is looking
for a patsy to blame for all the theft, murder, and positivity around lately.

One Day Tournament
Proxies
Proxied models are acceptable (and sometimes required!) as long as they’re on the
specified base size and somewhat recognisable. Using Malifaux models as proxies
can be very confusing in-game, so confirm with your opponent beforehand. Please
contact the TO with descriptions of any proxies that you plan to use.
Painting
A fully painted crew is not essential but as always we suggest you do if you can. A
painted crew will add to the atmosphere of any game. However figures must be fully
assembled. Your opponent must be able to look across the table and
immediately distinguish what they are fighting against. As I am running this tourna-
ment blue tac is perfectly acceptable!
Rounds
The tournament will consist of 3 rounds of 2 hours 15min. Strategies and
deployment are in the most recent Gaining
Grounds document.

Winner will be determined by TP/DIFF/VP.
Supplies: A copy of the second edition rules and stat cards A suitable set of Counters/Markers/Tokens Pen Tape measure and a Fate Deck (ordinary playing cards will do so long as you have a
suite reminder)
