I like the “everything is measured” idea. How do People, leadership, and service relate to the “everything is measured “ idea? e.g. we track, celebrate and reward successes of our people and teams. Our leaders meet are measured along side …, teams participate in monthly report cards giving everyone an opportunity to evaluate and give feedback on the support they receive, impact, personal growth, and fun.

Just curious. I think “customers” refer to the borrowers. But I wonder if you also think of investors and real estate brokers and contractors etc. as customers too? This sentence is in quotes. Who is the quote from? Seems like we should be looking at referrals and repeat business?

LEADERSHIP TEAM President Michael Winston has a background in both Real Estate and Finance. He has worked over the years with a goal of helping people improve their financial situation and make wise decisions. Going thru the ups and downs on the economy has given him a unique perspective and helped shape his views.
He has been a partner in Arcstone Financial since 2004. Sr. Vice President Mardi Kari has been in the lending industry since 1994 starting in the credit unions and moving to fortune 500 mortgage companies. Since 2001 he has been a principal of various mortgage companies and since 2004 has been a partner of ArcStone Financial. He has a very conservative approach on lending and ensures his values are instilled within the organization. His vision is to achieve efficiencies through technological and knowledgeable leadership throughout the management group.
