Why aren't they concerned about how Casey found ZFG's FULL NAME??????? THAT is of interest.THAT should be an area of concentration. (I know... I'm jumping up and down about that one, huh?) Ican't help it.

I'm suggesting that the things on our computers are completely insignificant unless someone wants toover-analyze them and make sumptin' of it. ;) Don't know about you, but I have a ton of weird stuff stored in both my docs and images folders. Next thing you know, they'll find out she listened to musicwith "objectionable" lyrics and link songs to her "frame of mind" or psyche. Boo hisss..... bunch of baloney, imo. Just got done w/George's interivew. WOW!! this man has been putting up with all kinds of BS for years. What kinda daughter speaks to her dad that way?? Marie - IMO Cindy has probably had a very strong dislike for Jesse ever since he requested the paternity testing and then then marriage was eventually called off between him and Casey. I think shemay have felt betrayed by him in some way when he didn't take Casey "off their hands" so to speak.

I have to agree with the Cindy-logic about Jesse. SHIT HAPPENS! That crap, however --- doesn'treally have anything at all to do with Caylee's disappearance. Just like the detectives let Cindy*YAMMER* in her interview ... I'm thinkin' they let her vent. The detectives know (as I/we know) thatCindy is in SO much pain; they just let her blather on and on and ONnnnnnnnnnnn. In between her yammering, they got the information they were seeking.

All I gotta say about Cindy is: thank the Universe for Xanax! If she didn't have those "mother's littlehelpers" ....... she'd have been completely useless to this investigation. She's done quite well, allcircumstances considered.

And yah, SOME of you think she's a big fat liar. And she MAY have said a few things that weren't100% truthful.

If that's a crime, they WILL arrest her --- but I'm tellin' y'all right here and now -- NO WAY will Cindy be implicated for the HEINOUS DEED her daughter has committed. NO WAY. Cindy is a MOTHER;

ie., a *REAL* mother........ a mom...... a mommy .... a grandma ......... mama ........... grandmama.

anyway what happened, and yes I do think she is just trying to preserve what little is left. Their familyis pretty much in shambles and ALL of their dirty laundry has been hung out on the line for the worldto see. Yes, I feel bad for them (George and Cindy) that they have such a piece of work daughter inCasey. I feel bad for them that Caylee is gone and most likely dead-As if that is not bad enough----itwas probably somehow at the hands of that same piece of work daughter. jo- you make a good point about Cindy maybe feeling like Jesse was replacing her in their lives- Cindy

on some level very likely wanted Casey to grow up, marry this guy and make a life of her own, but thatdidn't work out so now she is DOUBLE angry at this guy. She sure tried to throw him under the bus.

something I found intresting in one of Jesse's interviews was how he said Casey would mold herself towho she was around. The example he gave was that when she was around them she emulated their Christian values and tried to fit into their beliefs and values.

Mom, I think Cindy is at the heart of all the pathology here. After listening to George's interviews, youcan tell he knows what has been going on (Casey completely out of control), and has been powerless tostop it. He told investigators that Casey took Cindy's SUV when her car was out of commission, and heeven chased her. Cindy held that info back from investigators. Cindy has twisted and tried to rewritehistory for the last 2 months. Who does that remind you of?

WTF.... Zanny was in a car accident and Casey had to drive back and forth to see her...what an effingliar.. I will tell you right now I have spent days and days listening and watching videos of this case.This ismy take; George seemed to "come off better" on the audio,he looks half crazed in the media,he madesense. I just read on a blog elsewhere that the make/model (silver ford focus) of the car Casey said Zenaida

has is indeed what the Sawgrass-visiting ZFG drives. Anyone know this to be fact?

I don't really have a theory about the whole ZFG thing, which is why it's a mystery. The only thing Iknow is that this big "coincidence" is being ignored. They can't find evidence that Casey was atSawgrass that day, YET they DO have evidence that ZFG was there. So, if Casey wasn't there, how didshe know ZFG was there? I want to know why they're oh-so satisfied that CA and KFG don't know oneanother. Is it just because they each claimed not to recognize each other's photo? Why couldn't they both be lying? We already know one of them is a liar.

Funny how Casey told LE Zanaida was a seasonal photo taker but Casey was really the seasonal phototaker... shes leaarned early in life how to intertwine and mix up her lies to try and throw Le off trail..like a maze of lies rather than a straight line.. ALSO: I want to see where it's documented that Casey told people the names of ZFG's kids. EverythingI have read and heard, she told people that ZFG had "no kids." What she told people were the names of two roommates of ZFG's named Raquel and Jennifer.

Who started this rumor that Casey knew the names of ZFG's children?

How did Casey get soo much info on ZFG if she didn't know her? I think it is possible that she waslooking for someone to point her finger at and happened to she her coming to look at the apartmentsacross the way. She got the car description and maybe went over to look at the apartments right after ZFG left and saw her information sitting there. That could have easily happened.


MARILYN - I have had the same feeling about the Grund's too. Something is not sitting right with meabout their involvement. Don't care if Jessie passed the lie detector test or not. Also, I have not seenany information on why he quit the LE either. Does anyone know this?

LLee - yes, I recall that. I guess my point is..this manager said Casey spoke of Juliet a lot, but we allknow that that in NO WAY means that Juliet really existed. In fact, in all of the personnel searches thatthe detectives asked be performed at the different companies, none showed a Juliet Lewis. So, I stillsay, fiction.


Here's her deal, though...she made up stories about her work, her car, her parents, etc, that we know to be lies, so it's no stretch at all to think that Juliet, Jeff and Zanny do not exist. At least not as a whole -meaning she "took" info about each one and created a "new person" using that as a base. For instance,she could have used Jeff's name and child, changed his last name, changed his history, added ananny...see what I mean?

The ruling had primarily to do with the lawyers not notifying the defendants sufficiently. However, hedid mention a few other things. I didn't read ALL of it, I hate legalese, but he indicated that thingsdidn't look good for them also because they waited so long to file - the protests started in June and theydidn't file until September.

Back to work for me...


The way I feel today is ... I'm just burnt out discussing this case. It seems like nothing is going to comeof it. I believe they have no evidence to charge Casey Anthony regarding the disappearance of her daughter. She can be found guilty of lying to investigators, but the neglect portion is iff-y, imo. Check fraud charges? Sure. That's a slam dunk.

As long as she doesn't tell a different story, and as long as they don't have proof that Caylee is deceasedAND that Casey Anthony is responsible (even IF they had proof Caylee is deceased) ... this case isgoing nowhere.

The same thing happened to me with the Stacy (Drew) Peterson case. The longer it went on, the more I became convinced that um ......... he didn't actually DO anything to her. There's not one shred of evidence that he did. (... not to her OR his former dead wife.) All they have on him is a bunch of

people who hate him. An obnoxious personality does not = murderer. I think he's guilty of nothing.I've seen nothing to prove she's dead (and actually, there's more proof she did run away.)

Anyway, not trying to shift to that discussion, because i'm NOT discussing it. LOL!

My point is ... without evidence, these types of cases usually turn into a (WAY smaller) bunch of peoplewho are only interested in bad-mouthing the person of interest or suspect .... and then there are people

I have been keeping up with this post everday, but like most of you are doing now, I had to seperatemyself from this, as it seemed to be consuming me and alot of my time. I think very soon this is allgoing to come down on Casey and she will pay for what she has done, if we can justify "paying for what she has done" as her spending the rest of her natural life in jail vs. Caylee losing her life. Howsad. What a beautiful child she was and a bright light in many lives, I am sure. This breaks my heart,that this child had to die, because her mother was such a self-centered person. I also hope that Casey continues to have these nightmares and that everything she sees,reads, dreams, eats and drinks, for the rest of her life, makes her think of Caylee. The stuff we've been given regarding hair, DNA and air samples has been iff-y and the DNA is

inconclusive; can't prove it's Caylee's hair. If they could've done that, she'd have already been charged,methinks. I mean, it's been 2-1/2 months now since she was arrested. This is more than sufficient timeto do all the forensics.

The brouhaha over the Caylee trust fund made me LOL. Have you seen the piddly amount of moneythey collected? (Hardly ANY is the point.) Lee's Paypal account has like $187.00 in it and *zero*withdrawals. The trust fund had $2,500.00 and a whopping total of $500+ was spent on "Find Caylee"t-shirts. THAT'S IT! They could literally have file cases full-truck loads full of reports that we know nothing of because they have not filed through the clerk of court---and I wouldnot have either.

According to our local news, who are on top of this like shit on flies, the FBI has finally returned their results, which include that not only is the hair and other "substances" in the trunk that of Caylee but italso proves she was deceased when she was in the trunk. One of the channels even mentioned that they












also have evidence that proves that Casey had handled and her DNA was in the trunk somehow linkedto Caylee's remains. That Casey is diffently going to be charged and re-arrested on a murder charge.

Jesse doesn't have any motive to have been involved. He wasn't even seeing Casey very much anymoreand he's not the father of the baby. He wasn't even in Caylee's life much for the last year and a half. Nomotive. Passed a polygraph (not that I hold much stock in those, but still.)
