BackgroundWho is Wayne Elise aka "Juggler"?

Wayne Elise, aka Juggler, was one of the main characters in the best-selling book The Game: Penetrating the SecretSociety of Pickup Artists, released in 2005. He also wrote a chapter in that book, but was a member of the seductioncommunity long before that, going back as far as 2001 when he was first written about in the New York Times. The other posters make a good point. You should learn to rely entirely onyourself and not a prop.

However, many magicians do very well at getting girls with tricks.

If you are going to go this route the best way is to develop a seductive patterwhile performing with the prop.

In general the more beautiful the girl the better. But Specialist makes a goodpoint here which is often ignored. It is not just being seen with a girl whichdemonstrates social proof. It is your ability to get her laughing and obviouslyenjoying your presence.

It is best not to think about social proof too much. You will be further aheadin the long run developing your abilities to approach and make a woman happyyou are there. Then social proof will just happen and not be something you haveto actively pursue.

Also, you may find that bringing a girl with you for social proof will not workas well as meeting girls there. A new girl will be much more interested andcaptivated by you.

Here is an example. I am talking with two very attractive girls. I take a breakfrom them to turn around and speak with two other girls... maybe 5’s. I do thisall the time. Not part of a scheme. Just being outgoing with everybody. Well,these two non-attractive girls were pretty fun and I liked them immediately(not in a sexual way of course). Anyway, we are talking and my interrupts andtells me the two hot girls want to know something. I just put my finger up totell him just a minute I am in a conversation here.

So eventually I turn back around and the first thing out of the hot girls onthe left’s mouth was to ask me if I am seeing anybody. Very bold sign ofinterest. So of course I gave her the girlfriend test.

Thought about it later, there was probably alot going on in her mind. I wassort of demonstrating social proof with the unattractive girls while at thesame time doing a neg hit on the hot girl and a take -away.....all that stuffthat many guys here like to break down. But the point is, you do not have tofigure it all out and force it to work for you. Just be outgoing and chat it upwith many people and it will work for you unconsciously. This will leave you toconcentrate on the important part of your game... being seductive.

Former president Bill Clinton was in town recently. As I was listening to him,I kept thinking what a good PUA he would make.

Here is the girlfriend test per request. It is really very simple.

When a girl checks your status. "Do you have a girlfriend?"

Say, "To be my girlfriend (or lover) is a prestigious and exclusive thing.There’s a test."

Curiosity being what it is, she will want to take the test. There are threemultiple-choice questions. Take out a pen and write the correct answers on herpalm but forbid her to look. Then ask her the questions while you hold her handclosed. You should make up your own, but here are some example questions.1. Which do you enjoy more? A shower or a warm bath?

2. What is the sexiest food? Whipped crème, chocolate syrup or strawberries?

3. What feels better? Kisses on your neck or nibbling on your ear?

The correct answers are bath, strawberries and kisses on the neck.

Most times she will answer the first two correctly. The last question is up forgrabs.

The crucial thing is that the last question is some sort of intense kino orkissing that you can do right then.

If she gets it wrong: Whisper in her ear "I can’t be with you if you reallybelieve this (nibble ear) feels better than this (kiss neck)."

If she gets it right: "I’m glad you like this (nibble or kiss). It is so muchbetter than this (kiss or nibble)."

Make sure you kiss and nibble before you let go of her hand.

If she gets all the questions wrong give her a playfully hard time about it.

This test is used mostly after you have some connection. If a girl checks yourstatus it usually means she is interested. But you may want to try it as anopening - who knows.

There are many variations including writing something clever on her handinstead of the answers, etc. Someday I may post my SuperTest. But I’m sureposters to this group can come up with some creative ones.

I define a group as three or more people. It is rare to find a cohesive groupwith more than six members. These size groups typically are broken up intosplinter groups.

Look to approach the group members which are on the edges or less involved inthe group conversation - these will rarely be the hottest girls, but if theyare, just realize you will still probably have to charm the rest of the group.

Do not try to get the attention of everyone at once. You may succeed and getthem all to watch you momentarily but the need of returning to cut offconversations and trains of thought will draw their attentions away from youand your group control will rapidly collapse.

At the beginning be satisfied with one, two or how many ever turn to check youout. But be big enough for as many people as give you their attention at yourapproach. Do not try to get more group member’s attention during this moment.You never want to look like you are putting out an effort - be relaxed like.

After the approach, as others in the group find pauses in their conversationsthey will turn their attention to you or the person(s) you have approached, youmust add these new people to your conversation. In most cases you will onlyhave a couple seconds to do this. Quickly include them as participants byaddressing them or looking in their direction as you relate a point in yourstory or routine. This is a nice way to gain control over a group - each personis allowed to discover you in a very natural way. Just remember to keep getting’bigger’ as more people tune in.

It may be tempting to re-start a story or routine as you add someone but do notdo this. Include them but do not back-up - you will lesson your hold on thosewho are already with you. Just keep the interesting stuff rolling until theentire group is spellbound.

They will ask you questions. These can either be opportunities or a line ofdistraction which will weaken your hold on the group. Answering questions iswhere many guys give up the ball and thus control of the group. You shouldprepare answers to common questions. These will depend on your material buthere are some generic questions and example answers:

1. Do you work here? (Who else approaches strangers in groups?)Yes. I am paid to be a merry maker. Are you merry enough or do I have to tickleyou?

2. How do you know so and so? (You must be a friend of someone in the group)Actually he hates me ever since I stole his fiancée.

3. Are you for real?That is not a question I can answer with my words. I would have to show you.The point of all these answers is they need to be interesting for the wholegroup. If you answer in any other way, you will weaken your hold. What may begreat material for a one on one situation will many times work against you witha group. Further, realize one group member’s curios question will be of littleinterest to everyone else, so should go unfulfilled. For many reasons that areworth repeating - do not fulfill any curiosity about yourself with a group.Answer questions in a funny way or in a way that brings up more questions thanit answers. Let them try to one on one you to have their need filled.

In a group, use group material. Keep in mind, anyone can just ask questions. Ifyou do that you will not have the attention of the group for very long. Askonly questions which segway into group oriented routines.

The best topic you will probably ever speak with a group about is groupdynamics:Its interesting that when you have a five people together the tallerinevitably stands across from the shortest. It as if their subconscious’s aredirecting them apart." (Everybody looks around to see if this is true.) Youdon’t have to be a psychologist - just use you imagination to think up somestuff that is fun and sounds plausible. Don’t get hung up on being accurate. Beentertaining. Also, use pauses, dramatic endings and hooks.

Once you have control of the group, one on one the cute girl(s). You must dothis while you are going strong. Even the most entertaining guys can run out ofsteam. Do not lose momentum.

Here are some other thoughts on groups:

You want to bring the group around you tighter. This is an indicator you areeffectively working a group. So you must move people towards you. To do this,do not step closer to the other people. It can be tempting to move aroundwithin a group. Do not do this. It will appear you are trying. Instead movecloser to the person or persons who you are already in with. The others willsee it is warm and fun being near you. Try to gesture them closer when theylook interested or get the people who you are already in with to wave them intoyour sphere of influence by asking about this new person. Your people willbring the new person(s) over. If this still does not work for you it may be thequality of your material.

Many people in groups are not there to meet anyone. Many groups are composed ofco-workers, sports clubs relaxing after a game, even families. So a girl inthis kind of group will not be actively helping herself get picked-up at thebeginning. But this is also an opportunity. These kinds of groups are generallymore apt to believe you are just a friendly person who is outgoing and not somehorny guy on the prowl. Of course this has much to do with venue as well.

People feel safer in groups. Safer from outside elements. Safer to be bitchy.Safer to be flirtatious. Safer to do whatever. They can say and do outrageousthings. Girls can be more open to taking a chance. After taking a girl from agroup you have a better chance of getting physical than if you were to take agirl from a two set or by herself.

At the same time, there is peer pressure in a group that can work to inhibit agirl’s behavior. You can somewhat take control of that by being the center ofattention. Depending on the mood of the group - if they are a fun and in a kindof wild mood you can use the peer group to actually put pressure on a girl tokiss you. But otherwise you will want to take her outside the group into a moresecluded area before you turn the corner into the physical. Give her a reasonto follow you to a more intimate area. If that is not possible in yoursituation you may want to try isolating the two of you in other ways, such assitting at a table if everyone else is standing or facing away from the rest.

If you want to take a girl home, it is important to find out the transportationsituation. If she is responsible for taking others home, suggest they comealong. If they do end up going along just be sure to drop them off first. Ifshe is riding with someone else, find out who that person is and reassure himor her she will be okay going with you. "We’re just going for a bite at anall-night diner. I’m sober and a good driver." - whatever. Just don’t tell themyou are going back to your place.

Be flexible but have a structure. Keep in mind a group of people can sidetrackyou even more than an individual. Plan countermeasures. Stay off fluff and onmaterial.

Many beautiful girls will be found in groups. Once you have the ability to worka group your confidence will soar.

Good question.The purpose of putting the answers in her hand is so she knows, as she istaking the test, that there are correct answers which she may or may not getright.

Wether she gets them right may or may not matter to you. I usually don’t carebut I have been known to walk away from a hot girl when she got a questionwrong.

She will also respect you for putting the interaction at risk. You are furtherdemonstrating you are not just accepting any girl.

If she did not have the answers in her hand she would think you may just lether pass.

Sure, a trick can get you noticed. But coming from a professional entertainer,you should realize you will get a much more powerful reaction if you pull thetrick out after you have made an approach.

As a side note, sometime ago I decided to make a rule for myself to notpurchase alcohol - for myself or anyone else. In a club I play the game sober.I have gotten used to it now and it does not seem weird anymore not to becarrying around a drink.

However, according to my rules I can have a drink if a girl buys it for me.Amazingly enough this almost always happens. Not sure why. Is it girls modeling AFC behavior or does she simply feel more comfortable if Ihave a drink like she does or what? Anyone else have experiences like this?

Sorry to hear about what happened Bastian. But it puts me in a mind to share aswell. I like to visit graveyards. It is peaceful and tombstones are afascinating read. One person lived from 1935-1995, Another lived from1974-2000. Sometimes you will see whole generations of families buried next toeach other.

Since you are looking for a woman to marry try this next.

Keep in mind Juggler’s 90-10 rule. That is, you must be prepared to provide 90percent of the conversation at the beginning of an interaction with a womanuntil she is warmed up. If you go in and give 50%, expecting she will give 50%- like most conversations in the non-PU world, you will be disappointed. Shewill give only 10%. That adds up to 60%. Not enough and the conversation willstall and collapse.

So be big enough for the both of you and then taper back as she gets warmed up.

However, the phrase you need to learn is, "How are you?" not "How are youdoing."

"How are you?" is a great opener. But it is the follow up which makes it great.

You must be big enough to control the situation while at the same time looklike you are not trying. You must approach while not seeming like you need toapproach. You must entertain a group while not ’working’ at it.

Pick-up artistry is full of these riddles. But there are solutions.

One such answer can be found by re-working your routines to include hooks andpauses.Get a girl to chase you by getting her to ask you questions. Make her wantsomething. This is the beginning of her quest to experience your mysteriousself. Encourage this by structuring your rap to include hooks and pauses.

A hook is a statement which brings to mind one or more questions. A pause is amomentary stop to let her use her imagination.

Example:

You: I have an intuition about you.

Her: What?

You: Sometimes I get these hunches. My friends are amazed that many of themturn out to be correct. I don’t know if I have some sort of phycic power orwhat. But with you I can see a specific aura around your body.

It’s easy from here. Take a look at your routines. Give some thought into howyou can re-write them to include these concepts. Try interacting with a girlwithout asking her anything. Try getting a feel for her by how she pursues you.Of course, you also need to deliver with powerful material. As she digs deeperand discovers jewels it will encourage her. Maximize the chick interestingnessof your routines.

Questions are opportunities. Just plot to have her pursue the conversationthreads you wish. But also, think up some pre-planned, great answers to commonquestions girls ask you all the time. And if you do some cool trick, make herbeg it out of you.

There are many smart guys who make the mistake of saying the perfect statements- thoughtful, chick appealing and nicely ended. You can sabotage yourself thisway. Do not be too thorough. Practice leaving holes and making contradictorystatements. Make space for her imagination to fill in the details and her senseof wonder to lead her to want to consume you. Try to spend less of your timesolving problems and more of your time finding mysteries.

Avoid conclusions. Never hand over the ’microphone’ after a conclusion. If youfind yourself at a conclusion bring up a new conversation thread which has ahook before handing over the microphone.

If a girl does not take a hook it does not necessarily mean it is a bad hook.Even a hook which doesn’t catch will usually contribute a half point to yourinterestingness factor. Just don’t look like you were expecting anything. Beself-contained - not needing anything. This may sound surprising but consider that you may be more of a leader than afollower. You need to take your rightful place.

At a party you should be the center of attention instead of the macho types.

Do not try to wrest control from the macho types because they will use theirbigness to squash your rap before everyone sees how interesting you can be.

Instead start your own show a little ways away. Chat up someone who is lessinvolved with the large macho show. It does not matter if this person is a guyor girl. Hey Jim,

It sounds like you have become good at approaching and getting in with a girl.

You talk about extracting a girl so you have some skills.

You may be stalling the interaction. Try going for the kiss after a high point.Also, are you using SOIs?

Another possibility that you may not have considered is that you may not begoing after attractive enough women. Try only working 9-10s. Many 7-8s may feelyou are out of their league and do not take your interest seriously.

You may also want to try a different method altogether. Work on getting her tochase you.
