VASTU TIPS’ FOR SELECTION OF PLOT i. Square Shape-Ensures all around prosperity and good

results.ii. Rectangular Shape- Ensures all around prosperity and

good results.iii. Elevated South- Ensures good health and prosperity.iv. Elevated West- Ensures name, fame and good children.v. Roads in North and East is very good.vi. Triangular, Circular or five cornered site and best to be

avoided.vii. Elevated East- Could lead to progeny loss and depression.viii.Elevated North- Does not ensure good health.ix. Plots should not be next to any religious place, public

place, marriage halls, hospitals.x. Any plot between two big plots should be avoided.

i. Open Courtyard in the center is advisable.ii. Entrance and Pooja room should be in North East zoneiii. Entrance from North East is Favorable.iv. Bathroom should be in East or in between East and North

Eastv. Kitchen should be in South-East Corner.vi. Cooking should always be done facing East.vii. Bedrooms should be in Southern sideviii.Bedroom of the bread earner of the hose should be in North-

West side.ix. Bedroom in South-West corner should be used by the head

of the house(parents)x. Bedroom in Southern and Western side should be used by

sons and North-West corner by daughters.
