Rooms:- 5 or 6 large communicating rooms - Ceiling height: 5 mt- The bathroom is obtained from the kitchen

Construction materials:- Stone and local tuff- Stone floors- Painted wood doors- Painted wood windows with shutters- Green painted wood shatters (typical of Molfetta)

Heating system: NOCooling system: Unnecessary because the walls are thick
