Our ALCDSB is using FreshGrade as a tool to help students in Kindergarten to

Grade 6 document their learning and experiences - photos, videos, comments, and

other educational artifacts - in a portfolio called “All About Me”. A notification letter

was sent home with a consent form for your child/ren to develop a digital portfolio

using FreshGrade as part of the Ministry of Education’s career/life planning program.

The purpose and the goals for students were outlined, in that letter. This is our first

year of implementation of this digital documenting process. We will be working as a

staff to familiarize ourselves, working with our students and the final stage will be

sharing with families.
