Project for the construction of a multipurpose centre containing hospitality areas, shopping areas and showrooms, management areas and services. The systems design includes the installation of approximately 960 m2 of photovoltaic panels for a maximum production of 115 kW.

Progetto per la realizzazione di un nuovo edificio per la sede della Facoltà di Ingegneria di Trento, corso di laurea in Viticoltura, Enologia e Biotecnologie verdi, presso la Fondazione Edmund Mach di San Michele all’Adige (TN). Arca Engineering ha fornito la progettazione definitiva ed esecutiva degli impianti meccanici (sul progetto architettonico degli architetti Bertolotto e Vacchelli) dei locali scolastici e dei laboratori dotati di impianti aspiranti a cappa con volume variabile.

Project for the construction of a new building for the Faculty of Engineering of Trento, degree course in Viticulture, Enology and Green Biotechnologies, at the Edmund Mach Foundation in San Michele all’Adige (TN). Arca Engineering provided the final design and project execution plan for the mechanical systems (according to the architectural design by architects Bertolotto and Vacchelli) of the school premises and the laboratories, which are equipped with variable air volume suction systems with hoods.

Realizzazione di un edificio industriale su progetto dell’arch.Roberto Faccio dotato di uffici amministrativi e officina perl’assistenza degli autotreni, nonché del magazzino per deposito e smistamento merci. È dotato di impiantistica speciale quale distribuzione gasolio ed urea, impianto lavaggio automezzi con relativo depuratore, impianti aria compressa e olio centralizzati. La palazzina uffici è dotata di riscaldamento con ventilconvettori, trattamento e ricambio dell’aria, impianto solare per la produzione di acqua calda sanitaria, impianto di recupero dell’acqua piovana dei tetti per lavaggio degli automezzi.

Construction of an industrial building with offices, trucks repair shop and goods storage, designed by architect Roberto Faccio. It has particular systems: diesel oil and urea distribution, washing plant for trucks with a water depuration system, centralized systems of compressed air and oil distribution. The offices are equipped with fan coil heating system, mechanical air treatment units, solar collectors for the hot water production, rain water collection used for the trucks washing.

Nuova cantina per l’azienda Nosio s.p.a. a Mezzacorona (TN) con linea di imbottigliamento a grande capacità produttiva (15.000 bott./ ora) e impianto produzione vapore per riscaldamento e sterilizzazione bottiglie. È inoltre installato un impianto a pannelli solari di ca. 400 mq per integrazione acqua calda per cicli di lavorazione. Arca engineering ha fornito la progettazione esecutivadegli impianti elettrici e meccanici su progetto architettonico dell’ Arch. Paolo Margoni.

New winery of Nosio S.p.a. in Mezzocorona (Tn) with a high capacity bottling line (15000 bottles per hour), steam production system used for the heating system and for the bottles sterilization. The hot water production is produced by 400 square meters of solar collectors. Arca Engineering srl developed final design of electric and mechanical systems, according to the architectural design by architect Paolo Margoni.

Negli ultimi anni, grazie anche alla collaborazione di professionisti specializzati in urbanistica e architettura, Arca Engineering ha portato a conclusione iniziative di progettazione integrale e coordinata di edilizia residenziale e commerciale.Con i progetti realizzati, compresi quelli ancora in corso, hanno preso forma circa 70.000 mc di fabbricati a destinazione residenziale.

In this area, Arca Engineering specialises in building design and consultancy. It carries out the following activities for each building project:• the feasibility study • planning for authorisation purposes and the project

execution plan• consultancy for gathering bids and the drafting of

tender contracts• operations management for project realisation

In recent years, thanks also to the collaboration of professionals specialising in urban planning and architecture, Arca Engineering has taken care of coordinated integral planning for residential and commercial construction.Approximately 70,000 cubic metres of buildings for residential use have been built if one considers completed projects and projects that are still underway.

L’edificio residenziale plurifamiliare è composto da 13 unità abitative. La società Arca Engineering ha eseguito la progettazione architettonica in collaborazione con l’Arch. Cristiano Zattara, la progettazione definitiva ed esecutiva degli impianti e il coordinamento della sicurezza in fase di progettazione ed esecuzione. L’edificio ha ottenuto la certificazione CasaClima B.

The multi-family residential building consists of 13 residential units. Arca Engineering realised the architectural design in collaboration with architect Cristiano Zattara, the final design and project execution plan of the installations, and was responsible for safety coordination at all stages of the project. The building has been awarded CasaClima B certification.

Nuovo Complesso Residenziale a Melta di Gardolo per la realizzazione di 93 alloggi. La società Arca Engineering ha eseguito la progettazione architettonica in collaborazione con l’Arch. Lanfranco Fietta. La progettazione è improntata sull’utilizzo di materiali a basso impatto ambientale, di moderne tecnologie per il risparmio energetico e di recupero dell’aria ambiente, dell’utilizzo di fonti rinnovabili (solare, termico e fotovoltaico), di tecnologia domotica all’interno degli alloggi. Gli edifici hanno ottenuto la certificazione CasaClima A.

New residential complex in Melta di Gardolo for the construction of 93 homes. Arca Engineering realised the architectural design in collaboration with architect Lanfranco Fietta. The design is characterized by the use of low environmental impact materials, energy-saving modern technology and energy recovery ventilation, as well as the use of renewable energy sources (solar, thermal and photovoltaic) and home automation technology inside the homes. The buildings have been awarded CasaClima A certification.

Project for the construction of a new centre for Coredo’s Civil Protection Unit in Val di Non (TN). The building houses the headquarters of the Volunteer Fire Brigade and the Red Cross. Arca Engineering oversaw the drafting of the entire final design and project execution plan in collaboration with architect Lanfranco Fietta, and was responsible for the management of operations.

Progetto attuativo del piano di recupero in una zona ubicata nel centro storico dell’abitato del Comune di Lona Lases, per la realizzazione di un edificio integrato, composto da nove alloggi di varia metratura, finalizzati all’edilizia agevolata per anziani e per extracomunitari prevista dalle normative provinciali vigenti.

Implementation of a recovery plan in an area located in the historic centre of the built-up area of the Municipality of Lona Lases for the realisation of an integral building; the building consists of nine homes of various sizes to serve as assisted housing for the elderly and for non-EU citizens as provided for by provincial legislation in force.
