BF.1200 LN SEALER (LOW NICKEL)

DESCRIPTION BF-1200 LN SEALER is a liquid solution that has been devel- oped to give the aluminum anodizer another option of sealing anodic coatings

ADVANTAGES 1. Low Nickel Content: Using BF-1200 LN SEALER will reduce your plant's

discharge of Nickel Metal by 80% if you are now using a conventional powder or liquid nickel seal.

2. Mid-Range Temperature: BF-1200 LN SEALER does not require temperatures above 180oF to obtain an excellent seal as do other low or nickel free products.

3. Leaching of Dyes Minimized: Other high nickel proprietary compound are cur- rently used to minimize the leaching of organic dyes during the first few seconds of sealing. BF-1200 LN SEALER performs equally well with 80% less nickel.

4. Superior Appearance: The ingredients in BF-1200 LN SEALER eliminates smutting, powdering, blooming and yellowing of the anodic coating. These conditions have long plagued the anodizer, requiring expensive re-runs and hand wiping of the final product.
