from the concept, through the design to the production and assembly. Our

creative studio makes sure to meet the most demanding customers

Our wide range of machinery and a team of fully qualified

professionals at every stage of the new product allow us to create a variety

of forms to support marketing and promotion - stands, displays, racks,

advertising furniture, signs and plaques, dimensional letters.


APS Nova - Design&Production

After receiving the brief and hearing the objectives of

the proposed project, we move on to the phase of preliminary

sketches and propose some visualizations to the client. After

the approval of the project our creative department prepares

technical drawings. Our team of designers and engineers have

all the tools to help them prepare even the most challenging

project.



We use SOLID WORKS, a program to develop advanced

technical documentation necessary to prepare an accurate

estimate of all elements of the future POS product and 3D

projects, also in the form of a visualization.


Upon the acceptance of the estimate by the client we proceed to the

production of the prototype. We have a modern machine park, consisting of

cutters for machining soft materials such as foam and PVC foam, all kinds of

films, milling plotters for machining hard materials such as Dibond, MDF,

Plexi, thermoforming machines and other machines for post-production

machining.



For printing we use the UV flatbed printer - OCE Arizona 360 XT among others

nearly-photographic image quality, excellent readability of printed text up

to the size of two points

the system prepared for printing on flat rigid media or objects, printing

OWV and many other materials, even the most unusual)

optional Roll Media mode (e.g., vinyl banners, canvas, other fabrics) roll

width 90-220cm, print width: max 219 cm, diameter of the roll up to

240mm)

printing on irregular shapes and surfaces (such as plywood), also on

heavy media such as glass

the ability to produce very high quality POS materials, backlit panels,

exhibition graphics, graphic signs on industrial products

cutter / laser plotter InfoTEC 2015 LS is a complete unit,

ideal for fine cutting or engraving a variety of materials

it allows in particular precise cut of repeatable elements from

such materials as acrylic plates, composite panels, Kappa,

plywood, foam, cardboard, plexiglass, PET, Hips, MDF

(letters, shapes, graphics)



Other used machines

Thermoforming - InfoTEC 1520 T can be used to emboss PMMA, PE, PVC, ABS and

other plastics thickness to 5 mm. Allow the production of extrusions, plastic, used in

the manufacture of products for different industries-in advertising, automotive,

medical, household appliances and packaging.
