MISSION STATEMENT 4-H EMPOWERS YOUTH TO REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL, WORKING AND

LEARNING IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CARING ADULTS.

All youth wishing to exhibit beef, sheep, goats, poultry, rabbits/ cavy, and swine at the Warren County Fair and/or Iowa State Fair must complete quality assurance training. YQCA uses an age-based testing system which sets the youth’s birthday as the expiration date. The cost for the testing is $12 online. NEW RULE: FSQA will no longer be accepted at the County or State Fair. Every youth must take YQCA online training yearly. The deadline to complete YQCA is June 1st.

Due to the current situation and taking the health and safety of Warren County youth seriously, the Culinary Challenge that was originally scheduled for April 11th,

will be rescheduled. Intermediate Leadership Team is looking at alternative dates and we will update you when a date is set. If you have any questions please contact Kathy McCoy.
