On April 26, 2011 we leave Colville and will drive to San Diego, California towalk my daughter Marja down the aisle and give her away to her fiance, soonto be husband, Ben. They will be married on May 1, 2011 and we will shortlydrive home. In the meantime Jim-REPHEAL and Leith Lopez will keep theMinistry humming along in our absence.

Ben proposed to Marja on the day I underwent surgery (June. 2010). When shelearned 1 had undergone major surgery she telephoned me (I was in an IntensiveCare Unit) and said, "Dad, don 't you die before you walk nee down the aisle!"

How could I argue with such a persuasive proposition?!

In our absence Jim-REPHEAL and Leith will be caring for our latest newcritters, six chicks and two ducks that are about 10 days old. By the time we gethome they will be almost full grown.

One of the bonuses iii going doing to San Diego for Marja's wedding is that weget to see our grandchildren. Abby is now 12 and Faith is now 7 years old. Thisphoto (above) is 2 years old but it was a black and white photo so it is easy toreproduce (color is always ify on a copy machine). They are my son's (Stefan)children. It always amazes me how fast they grow up, one day they are babes,next, they are lookint(y at you eye to eye. Maybe I'm just getting old. Naw, can'tbe that!

Well, I turn 70 this year. Time does fly, never dreamed I'd get this old; however,most people think I'm in my mid fifty's - I just do not look my age. That is theLord's doing - must be the Moses anointing. Armen. Chuck- OHNEL.

Some people have been a bit offended that the actor, Lee Marvin, is buried ina grave alongside 3 and 4 -star generals at Arlington National Cemetery. His markergives his name, rank (PVT) and service (USMC); nothing else. Here's a guy who wasonly a famous movie star who served his time, why the heck does he rate burial withthese guys? Well, following is the amazing answer:

On another note, there was this wimpy little man (who passed away) on PBS,gentle and quiet. Mr. Rogers is another of those you would least suspect of beinganything but what he now portrays to our youth. But Mr. Rogers was a U.S. NavySeal, combat-proven in Vietnam with over twenty-five confirmed kills to his name.He wore a long-sleeved sweater on TV, to cover the many tattoos on his forearm andbiceps. He was a master in small arms and hand-to-hand combat, able to disarm or killin a heartbeat.

After the war Mr. Rogers became an ordained Presbyterian minister andtherefore a pacifist. Vowing to never harm another human and also dedicating the restof his life to trying to help lead children on the right path in life. ..He hid away thetattoos and his past life and won our hearts with his quiet wit and charm.. .

America's real heroes don't flaunt what they did; they quietly go about theirday-to-day lives, doing what they do best. They earned our respect and the freedoms

HOLY SPIRIT DIRECTIONKnowing that we had to get our a Newsletter before we left for California to attendmy daughter's wedding, I drew a blank when I thought of what to make the leadarticle. In that I was Ied to write and call the Net of Prayer to pray about a seriousthreat, I believed this should be the lead. However, just before I would begin writing,the HOLY SPIRIT clearly led me to make the RENT IN THE EARTH'S MANTLEthe lead article. Now I'm coming back to the article that took second place - a nuclearthreat involving Chicago and the on-going work of prayer.

JESUS to Chuck on November 10. 1979: "...EXPECT A NUCLEAR DISASTERIN THIS NATION, NEAR CH#CAGG."

In 1979 after a time of prayer and deliberation we drew two views: (1) A nuclearpower plant near Chicago would explode and spew out highly radioactiv e parti c l es.


NUCLEAR DISASTER... NEAR CHICAGO (Continued) This couldbe the result of an "accident" or possibly a "terrorist attack." (2) JESUS' use of theword "Disaster" told us that this was not a mere accident but something deliberate.We perceived it spoke of something like a terror attack.

In that the context of His Word in 1979 was couched in the coming earthquake inChicago and danger from Iran and an oil crisis because of: "civil war springing outacross the land affecting our oil."

What we are seeing right now are civil wars in the Middle East oil nations. This kindof development places us in the time when this "Nuclear Disaster near Chicago"can happen.

In 1979 we were concerned that this might happen soon, but JESUS told us that thesethings were for a future day. He did not reveal when it might happen or what weought do about it. As the Lord placed other work before us, this Word faded into thebackground.

In 2006 a TERRORIST PLOT

In 2006 JESUS revealed that Islamic terrorists were moving to bring across theMexican border three nuclear devices lacking only the weapons grade plutonium tomake them real nuclear bombs.

The Net of Prayer moved `In The Spirit' to intercede and pray for God's help to stopthese devices from crossing our border. After a time of prayer-intercession, JESUStold us that we had obtained God's help whereby two of the three devices would bestopped. One would be so badly damaged in transit that it would be dismantled anddestroyed, and the second one would be intercepted by the F.B.I. The third nucleardevice would make it into the U.S. and would be dismantled and buried in threedifferent locations in Kansas to await the arrival of the weapons grade plutonium

Unspoken Confirmation : Janet Napolitano, then Governor of Arizona, hadsteadfastly resisted every call for National Guard troops to be sent to the border toblock illegals from crossing into the U.S. But after JESUS told us that our prayers hadbeen answered, Governor Napolitano suddenly called up the Arizona National Guardand sent them to the Arizona/Mexico border. That she did this puzzled everyone,why? What would bring her to reverse her position on not guarding the border?

NUCLEAR DISASTER... NEAR CHICAGO (Continued) I perceivedthat the F.B.I. had intercepted that nuclear device in Tucson, Arizona. Then-GovernorNapolitano, in a panic, called up the National Guard and sent them to the border. Thisis what I perceived and understood by the Spirit of God. The whole matter wassilenced by the Government to prevent a panic and/or a strong public reaction to theopen border. In time the whole matter faded away.

In this time (2006) JESUS gave me to understand that "when" the terrorists obtainednuclear grade plutonium (not easy to acquire), that they would create a violentdiversion at the border to the south to draw law enforcement away from the point theyaimed to cross with the materials to make their device a nuclear bomb.

I wrote then-President Bush and gave him the update and this whole revelation.Below is a photo copy of part of my July 27. 2006 letter to President Bush addressingthis revelation and issue.

The Joy and Peace of JESUS CHRIST keep you and yours.

On Jesus leading I'm writing you today. Asa point of interest the terrorists inside the U.S.,which have a nuclear device_ have dismantled it and buried it in three places in northeastKansas. They are waiting for the weapons-grade plutonium to be smuggled across theMexican border. Apparently. it is not an imminent threat, but it is present. This is just toupdate you on this matter which I reported earlier. JESUS has also told me that intelligencehad made a narrow penetration of North Korea and has located "some" of their nuclearbombs_ I note that Jesus says "some" which tells that not all have been located. Proceedwith caution.

After this we placed our focus on the things JESUS directed us to pray about and thiswhole revelation faded away. However, I did keep an ear out to he aware of anytrouble on the border, a signal to me that the nuclear materials had crossed into theU.S.

REVELATIONIVISION of mid MARCH, 2011:

About mid-March this year, during abiding time, the SPIRIT OF THE LORD moved onme and I could see that the terrorists had dug-up the nuclear device JESUS had shewn meearlier and moved it from Kansas to southern Illinois. It was being cleaned, recalibratedand reassembled by a knowledgeable Moslem engineer. Plans to bring the weapon's gradeplutonium across the border were -in motion. They'd try to bring three packages ofplutonium (2 kilotons each*) from Mexico to the U.S. - JESUS told me more, and that Ishould call the N.O.P. to pray as we did in 2006. Because we obtained thedestruction/capture of two of the three devices in 2006, in prayer we had the authority todo the same with these three packages of plutonium. Ongoing prayer would gain mercy andget the F.B.I. on their trail. Right now, no one knows anything about this plot.

*Note: I'm told that the Fliroshima bomb was something like a 40 kiloton nuclear device,therefore this bomb would be in the category of'a "tactical nuclear " capable oftaking out maybe 20 city blocks. However, the radioactive fallout would he very deadly.)

I "know" quite a bit about this plot and believe that this is one of the enemy plans capturedin the December prayer operation "CRY JERUSALEM." In any event. CHICAGO is thetarget city for a nuclear destruction . More, the Sears Tower in Chicago is the actual targetfor nucIear destruction.. Right now, we are the onl y ones standing between the enemy andtheir plan to murder multitudes.

On March 21, 2011 JESUS said this: "...WHEN THE ATTEMPT IS MADE TOBRING THE NUCLEAR MATERIALS ACROSS THE MEXICAN BORDER,THERE WILL BE QUITE A RUCKUS ON THE BORDER: A DIVERSION TODRAW LAW ENFORCEMENT RESOURCES ON THE BORDER WHILE THEYMOVE TO BRING THE PLUTONIUM ACROSS IN A QUIET AREAUNDETECTED...

PRAYER WILL BE CUMULATIVE, THE LONGER THE INTERCESSORS PRAYTHE GREATER THE INFLUENCE IN DIMINISHING THE EFFECT OF THECOMING NUCLEAR DISASTER..."

I take it from His Word that this "Nuclear Disaster" is going to happen regardless; prayercan save lives and diminish the overall effect but not stop it.

This attack aims to cripple America's economy big time as Chicago is the economic hub.

IMMINENCE and THE BUSINESS SUPPER IN CHICAGO MARCH 18111:

Richard-DANIEL was having a business supper with two clients on March 18`''. Theconversation was the usual then unexpectedly unusual. The two men (one in his 30'sand the other in his 50's), who are `baby Christians', suddenly changed theconversation. One said, in effect, "These are very dangerous times and we must dosomething to prepare, maybe even move. The border is wide open and somethingdangerous is heading our way! " They went on to talk about the need to own gold asthe dollar is in serious decline.

Richard-DANIEL had said nothing to open this kind of conversation, they did. Hethen told them about what the Lord has shown me and they listened carefully, It wasconfirmation to them. How do I see it? When `baby Christians' start discerning arising danger to the place where they openly discuss it - this tells me that the dangeris imminent, not distant or far off.

The NET OF PRAYER Called to Arms

On March 18 2011 JESUS told ire this (in part): "...WHEN THESE TROUBLES(earthquakes) SURFACE IN AMERICA THEY WILL COM E IN LIKE A FLOOD ANDWILL OVERWHELM ALL WHO DO NOT KNOW ME, ALL WHO HAVE NOTPREPARED TO STAND IN ME THROUGH THESE SHAKINGS...

THE TARGET (for the nuclear terrorists) IS CHICAGO AND THEY AIM FOR ASPECIFIC DATE AND WILL WAIT FOR THAT DAY. UP UNTIL THIS TIME THEYWILL GO UNNOTICED, UNDETECTED, AND ENJOY FREEDOM OFMOVEMENT.

CALL THE NET OF PRAYER TO PRAY THAT THE F.B.I. LEARN OF THIS PLOT.DO NOT AT THIS TIME CONTACT THE F.B.I. UNTIL THERE IS A TIME OFPRAYER-INTERCESSION... THOSE WHO HAVE NOT MADE ANYPREPARATIONS WILL FIND IT INCREASINGLY MORE DIFFICULT TO DOTHAT NOW. TO READY NOW WILL TAKE FOCUS AND DISCIPLINE."

On March 29 `" we issued a special prayer sheet to the Net of Prayer (500 intercessors)under the title: "EXTENDING MERCY BY ASKING."

Because the Net of Prayer obtained the destruction or capture of two of the threenuclear devices in 2006, the Net of Prayer has the prayer authority to stop two of the

About a week after the prayer sheets went out to the Net of Prayer, the awareness ofi mminent danger subsided, telling me that prayer was containing the danger for the

moment.

The FBI is investigating 20 letters that were postmarked in Chicago that warn that al-Qaeda has planted 160nuclear bombs in the United States.

The author of the letters claims to be Osama bin Laden and warns that nuclear bombs are planted in education

facilities, sports stadiums, places of worship, banks, government buildings and retail stores across the nation.

The content of the letters include demands that certain unidentified people who are responsible for war crimes beprosecuted, or the bombs will be detonated.

In addition, the trials must be broadcast live and done "American ldal style," allowing viewers to decide guilt orinnocence.

The Department of Homeland Security refers to most of the locations named in the letters as "soft-targets" due to

the lax security often employed to protect privately owned infrastructure where large crowds gather. However, the

security of privately owned facilities is not regulated by government.

The F.B.I. in Chicago told a local ABC news station that they do not believe theletters are credibie...however, F.B.I. officials stated that a full investigation into thematter is underway.

My discernment: "If' these Islamic terrorists had 160 nuclear bombs inside the U.S.we would have already seen many of our cities go up in smoke by now. They'd notwait but would use them qui ckly.

Is the writer of these letters a terrorist or what? It could likely be a nasty prank bysomeone with a few screws missing; but I also look at the spiritual side of this actionby the letter writer, wondering what kind of spirit was driving this person to take thataction. Terrorists obtaining weapons grade plutonium is no small thing and it'spossible that western intelligence may have gotten wind of it. The demonic enemywould know this and might just do something like this to act as a smoke screen tocover for the real bomb mechanism in southern Illinois.

I put this in the category of disinformation to create a smoke screen to conceal the realthreat.

MOVIES: In the 1930's, a Soviet film maker made a picture depicting in invasion ofRussia by Germanic knights, a fierce battle ensued and lastly the German knightswere defeated and driven back into Germany. That film turned out to be quiteprophetic as about ten years later Nazi Germany would invade the Soviet Union andthe outcome would be the same as given in the movie.

A Net of Prayer Intercessor praying about the nuclear threat wrote me a note stating:(Quote) "I, just saw the movie: "SO URGE CODE " based on the story of a psycho whowants to nuke Chicago. hound it interesting that they picked that particular city. Ithought it was a good picture and ends well, unlike real life. Mike B. " (Unquote)

*Note: When JESUS uses the term "THIS YEAR " we have learned that He isspeaking fixture tense and that when we see these events happening, we will know thatwe are in that year, not before.

Comment: In these years JESUS spoke often of the conning earthquakes in the U.S.and it became obvious after a time that He was revealing waves of earthquakes. The_ first wave would be largely harmless in terms of .life lost; but the second wave wouldbe lethal with a heavy loss of li fe. The 8.0 magnitude earthquake in Japan was andis cleariv a warning that we have entered this time when these waves of quakes willcome.

When JESUS told us to remain in our homes for 7 days that told us it would bedangerous to be outside in this time, leading us to perceive that radioactive . falloutwould he in the picture. From a nuclear bomb or a nuclear power plant? We didn'tknow then and do not know now. Gamma radiation will go through the walls ofhones, but it may be , far worse to be outside than inside. More, gathering in prayertells us that JESUS will cover and protect us.

Note: I do not know what will happen on September 25` x' - Earthquake? Nucleardisaster? Or? JESUS simply did not say. However, it is a date that is close to the dateof September 19` h , the day we can expect the major earthquakes (6.7 and 7.6magnitude) to hit the Midwest (St. Louis and Chicago.)

IN SUMMARY

1. We simply wait on that "RUCKUS" on the U.S./Mexico border to know that theweapons grade plutonium is moving into the U.S. to match up with the nucleardevice that can explode the plutonium. I perceive that this "RUCKUS" is going tpbe violent, possibly involving a serious firelight between enemy forces and our lawenforcement. It WILL be in the headlines; it will stand out; it cannot be missed.

2. In the meantime, prayer asking God's Help is the key to containing the disaster tothe extent it can be contained.

FOOD AND INFLATION

On the next page is a April 3, 2011 headlines article in the Spokane Newspaper. Theprices of food are climbing steadily to where people on fixed incomes are nowstruggling to just eat day by day. The official government statistics do not reflect theactual increase in food prices. In the last two years, the price of gasoline alone hasincreased 67% . That will feed directly into increasing the price of food at manydifferent levels. Fuel to plant crops will be up way over 30%; fuel needed to get toand from work is increasing sharply; fuel to ship produce and food stuffs to thesuper-markets will go up --- all of this will result in ever increasing food prices. Thisis what JESUS told me to expect to happen back in 1977, today it is here.

DEADLY WEATHER IN THE SOUTH OF THE U.S.A.

In the last few days something like 240 killer tornadoes swept through the southstarting in Oklahoma and moving into North Carolina, killing 45 people, injuringmore than one hundred, and destroying many homes and businesses. The destructionwas horrific and more storms as said to be forming even now.

Again, as we have seen in storm after storm blasting this nation and others around theworld - we are seeing what JESUS said (see Page 19 of the main Newsletter) aboutSIGNIFICANT CHANGES IN WEATHER preceding major earth events(Earthquakes, Volcanic eruptions). Again this stems from the rent in the earth'smantle.

How? The rent in the mantle opens a way for "corma" to bleed upwards. Corma isa combination of rock and heavy metals that under intense pressure have melted intoa gas and then was compressed into a super hot liquid. This "corma" has uniqueproperties and years ago the HOLY SPIRIT shewed me how something like atomic

HOW? CORMA. (Continued) particles stream from the corma and into theupper atmosphere where it effects a change in the jet streams and so alters weatherpatterns.

As the "corma" rises to the surface (it has a long way to go - like about 440 miles),it is melting the rocky layers above it and this is rising upwards as magma. If itbreaks to the surface it is called `lava' but while underground it is called `magma.'

As the corma rises towards the surface it starts to send out these sub-atomic particlesin a stream that seem to follow a magnetic-like course, moving into the sky and goingback into the earth. I perceive that as this activity is increasing, it is probably thecause of the shifting in the magnetic north.

The extent of the wild weather we are seeing is a prime indicator that the corma issending out a magnetic flux strong enough to disrupt the magnetic north of the earth.

The overall effect of this rising corma and then the magma is causing a consistentpressure upwards that is subtly lifting the tectonic plates and they are in tuna arelifting and causing fault systems to bend, twist and lift. This process leads to majorearthquakes.

In years past we observed and learned that major storms (usually hurricanes) comejust before major earthquakes that often hit the west coast.

September of 1989 Hurricane HUGO slammed into Charleston, South Carolina. Weknew that the enemy would strike California next with a 7.1 Richter earthquake onOctober 17, 1989, plus or minus one day. We did not know exactly where it wouldstrike in California.

We had some time before the earthquake could hit so we warned everyone inCalifornia that was on our mailing list, calling them to pray and cover their home andloved ones and to be prepared with food, water, flashlights, etc.

On October 17, 1989 a 7.1 Richter earthquake struck San Francisco, California.

This is how it works: Through JESUS' Word and our observations of how judgmentpatterns form, then with prayerful discernment and a willingness to forewarns thosefacing a potential death dealing event we warn brethren to prepare. Amen.

Indeed, JESUS shewed me (Chuck-JOHNEL) the bottom half of Florida sinking into thesea in 1977. and the crack in the earth's mantle by Word (1984) and then reality (1992.)
