Hunting Access Dates: September 1 - January 1 and Spring Turkey

1. Reservations are REQUIRED.

2. Open Thursday—Monday. (Closed Tuesday and Wednesday)

3. Hunters can obtain reservations by calling (406) xxx-xxxx at least 24

hour in advance but not more than 14 days in advance from 9:00 am --

4:00 pm. Monday-Friday

4. Reservations cannot be made prior to August 22nd or April 1 for Spring

Turkey opportunity.

5. You must complete your reserved days before making another

reservation.

6. Hunter numbers are limited to 1 party of 1-3 hunters at each of the

designated parking spots.

7. An additional Boat-in Access ONLY reservation for 1 party of 1-3

hunters is available on open days. Hunters should cite Boat-in

Access when making a reservation, and access will be restricted to

the Missouri River corridor.

SPRING TURKEY:

1. Spring Turkey reservations can be obtained by calling 406-454-5862

from 12:00 pm — 4:00 pm Monday-Friday

» West and North on PN Bridge Rd. to BMA 21.4 mi

1. Hunting is prohibited within 1/4 mile of occupied dwellings. Hunting

within safety zones on BMA map is prohibited.

2. Walk-in Hunting ONLY; No motorized game retrieval.

3. Motorized vehicle use is restricted to designated access routes, public

roads, and parking areas as indicated on BMA Map.

4. Use of all types of OHV, ATV’s or similar vehicles are prohibited.

5. Do not park vehicles in such a manner as to obstruct traffic. Do not

block gates.

6. Camping, littering, visible latrine pits, and fires are prohibited.

7. Hunters using horses and pack stock are required to use certified weed

free hay 48 hours prior to entering BMA and while accessing BMA

8. Fish & Wildlife Commission-approved hunting regulations apply. Hunters

are required to possess the necessary hunting licenses for the species

and hunting districts they are hunting.

RESTRICTED SPECIES

valid licenses during legal hunting seasons unless other-

STANDARD BLOCK MANAGEMENT PROGRAM RULES:

• Block Management Area Rules do not apply to federal or DNRC lands that are legally accessible (via public roads, watercourses, or

other legal means of access) unless specifically authorized by the applicable agency. Please, contact the respective federal and state

agencies for more information.

• A cooperator or their designated representative may deny access to an individual “for cause” IAW, ARM rule 12.4.205 (d). An exam-

ple - intoxication, belligerence or violent behavior, violation of BMA rules, muddy/excessively filthy vehicle, etc. Cooperators may

also ask FWP to ban an individual(s) for cause. This will be via a formal letter to the individual(s) from FWP and will specify the

length of the ban, reasons, and complainant.

• Access during all other times and for any other activity requires landowner permission.
