When a Requisition has been created by an Initiator and is ready for your approval, you will receive an email notification. Click the link to be taken to Taleo.

First time users, enter your employee id as your User Name and select the Forgot your password link to create a password for the system. Returning users, enter your User Name and Password to access Taleo.

You will be taken directly to the Approver screen. Requisition details are available as a pdf for you to review prior to submitting your response (Approve / Reject). Comments are required for all rejections.

Alternatively, another way to view all requisition tasks assigned to you, is to proceed to Taleo’s home page and access Recruiting.

Under Tasks, select Tasks assigned to me.

Select a Task

Approve or Reject and enter comments.

To view all requisitions in your area, select In my coverage area, I own or collaborate on from the drop down and go to Pending Requisitions.

A list of all Requisitions will be displayed.

The Requisition details, Alerts, Attachments, Approval and Req History can be viewed.

Once a Req has been approved and posted, a candidate has been selected, and an offer made in the system, you will receive a notification to approve the offer.
