Applying for Recertification?

Here Are the Steps to Take:

To complete the process, firms can make the payment online and upload the documents.

The documents we may need for recertification are:

Complete signed copy of the company’s 2016 tax returns including all schedules

Complete signed copy of the company’s 2017 tax returns including all schedules OR complete signed

copy of the company’s 2017 tax return extension AND 2017 balance sheet and income statement

Declaration of minority status

2. To begin the recertification

application, click login. 1. To begin, go to www.hmsdc.org and

click Recertify.

3. Input your login

information and click Sign

In.
