APPLYING FOR GRADUATIONSTEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION
What do I need to know before
applying?

All important information regarding graduation will be sent to your Go Tarleton E-Mail account. Please check your account frequently for news and updates. Any notices such as important deadlines,
problems or missing requirements will be sent to this account. If you do not remember your user name or
password, please contact the Computer Help Desk.

1. Start by signing in to MyGatewayusing your NTNET credentials.
2. Go to “Student”

3. Click the “Duck Trax” folder.4. Select the “Online Services &
Financial Aid” folder.

5. Select “Student Records”6. Select “Apply for Graduation”7. Select the most recent term
available, then click submit.

1. Select the appropriate Curriculum. If more than one is available, please
ensure you apply for the one thatdisplays the correct information.
2. Select “Continue.” If you are a double major, you must
complete two applications. One foreach major.
If it states “No curricula available”please contact the Registrar’s Office ifyou are an undergraduate studentand the Graduate Studies office if youare a Graduate or PhD Student.

3. Select the appropriate GraduationDate from the drop down list.
4. Select “Continue.”

5. Select your name as you wish for it to appear on your diploma. If your name does not appear exactly
how you would like it, select New.
6. Click Continue

8. If you selected New, enter yourname as you would like for it toappear on your diploma. If your name contains any
punctuation you are unable to enter,please contact the Registrar’s Office.

9. Select the mailing address that youwould like to have your diplomasent to from the drop down list. If the address you wish to use does
not appear, select New.

10. Enter a new mailing address andselect Continue. If this address changes after you
submit your application, pleasecontact the Registrar’s Office.

11. Verify all information is correct.

Once all information has beenfilled out and verified, select“Submit Request”
If changes need to be made to yourinformation after submitting,please contact the Registrar’sOffice
