APPLICATION FOR A PERMISSION TO INSTALL COOLING PLANT AT HOSPITAL Dear Sir, We are involved in various volunteer activities by accumulating funds from within and acquaintances. These volunteer activities involve myriad of social well-beings. Recently we discovered an established filtration unit atHospital. It is when we came up with an idea to integrate an automated Cooling Plant, which will chill the filtered water in order to provide greater utility to the patients, attendants and visitors. We have already acquired the permission from the administration at Civil Hospital and the permitting authority is the MS Hospital himself. However we later discovered that we will need the approval from your organization, since the installed filtration plant comes under your authority. Therefore, we will be highly obliged if you grant us the permission for the activity mentioned prior, with the conditions that, 1) The integration of cooling plant will not be advertised by any mean 2) The plant will not be used for any commercial activity and will remain free of cost utility Gratefully Yours, Group of Volunteers
