We were the first to bring Beef Fajitas (the only meat that’s really fajitas) to Dallas in 1981 at Casa Rosa. The recipe came from La Margarita in San Antonio. Since then, virtually every cut of beef has been used for fajitas, but at El Corazon, we stick to

our vintage roots & only use outside beef skirts. It’s more expensive, but it has a

taste & tenderness that can’t be equaled.
