The Flash system includes 2 19 inch* LCD monitors with a resolution of 1280 x 1024 (other sizes and resolutions are also available), 1 screen for the control room and the other for the exam room. As an option, a reference monitor can be added to the monitor in the exam room that allows selected reference images to be displayed.

The control console includes a “move” feature that allows the table and generator settings to be linked to the patient worklist. Simply selecting the patient in the worklist provides the relevant information for the table to be automatically set for the exam.

The SID, grid, generator, fi lters, table tilting and tube angulations are linked to the APR and are automatically set, signifi cantly improving workfl ow management and optimizing dose reduction.A video camera integrated optimizing dose reduction in the LED collimator provides an extra tool for positioning, and allows the medical team to maintain uninterrupted visual contact with the patient.

The innovative control panel enables automatic, independent and “all-in-one” monitoring of all the table’s movements. A large color touch screen offers effi cient management of the generator and unlimited APR.

Maximizing Patient Safety

One of the breakthrough features of the Platinum is the control system that fully integrates the mechanical movements of the table and the generator settings into one intuitive, effi cient interface that gives a whole new dimension to improving workfl ow.

The Platinum’s control system is piloted by a PC integrated into the control console allowing unlimited fl exibility as well as quick and easy network updates, routine maintenance checks and remote maintenance intervention if necessary.

Traditionally the concept of tele-maintence refers only to the imaging system, while our entire system can be

serviced remotely. The integrated PC server makes it possible for the technical team to perform remote interventions on the generator and digital system parameters of the system, as well as on the mechanical movements of the table.

A 3D intelligent anti-collision control system included in motor axis controller enables a real time operating system that calculates all movements and offers synchronized simultaneous movement for all axes table dramatically improving productivity and increasing the workfl ow.
