Colleges shall update the joining details of the candidates reported in the college by
clicking in the check box provided in the Candidate Joining Details Confirmation by
College Enter/Update link.
AP ICET-2015 ADMISSIONS
INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PRINCIPALS OF
UNIVERSITY/PRIVATE MBA & MCA COLLEGES ON POST ALLOTMENT ACTIVITY AFTER FINAL
PHASE ALLOTMENT
Sir,
Allotments of candidates have been released on 07-08-2015 AFTER FINAL PHASE. The
candidates are informed to report on or before 12/08/2015 through self-reporting
system or at HLC and submit original certificates and tuition fee if any in the college.
Reporting of candidates shall be updated in the web portal by the candidate himself
through self-reporting system or at HLC. A joining report will be generated containing
the admission number.
College authorities are requested to admit the allotted candidates with allotment
orders having Joining Report copy only.
College authorities are requested to collect the original certificates, Receipt of
Certificates, Joining details report and collect the tuition fee admissible.
The principal have to upload the list of reported candidates through the link provided
in the college login on or before 13/08/2015.This is mandatory.
The officials of social welfare/Tribal welfare/BC welfare departments will be physically
verifying the number of candidates available on the rolls given by the Convener. Any
deviations in the number entered in the reporting link by the principals, the matter will
be viewed very seriously.
The Principals are informed to allow for the cancellations on or before 13/08/2015 and
such list of cancellations have to be deleted from the reporting details so as to enable
the Convener to give further instructions regarding the filling up of such vacancies.
Candidate who reports at college directly, shall be instructed to report through self-
reporting system for updating his joining details; otherwise, his/her allotment is
cancelled and will be treated as a vacancy for subsequent phase of counseling (if any).
Colleges are provided with user ID and Password as done in previous years to view the
list of allotted candidates and list of candidates reported through self-reporting system
or at HLC.

If a candidate wishes to submit income certificate now, he shall be instructed to
approach nearest helpline center for entry of fee reimbursement eligibility and
download a revised allotment order.
USER MANUAL FOR PERFORMING THE ABOVE ACTIVITY
Double click on Internet Explorer version 9.0 and above preferably with Windows 7 Operating
System. The application is not designed to work on other browsers like Mozilla firefox, Google
chrome etc.], Enter the URL https://apicetd.nic.in in address bar.
Press Enter. You will get the following screen.
Select the User Type College
Enter the User Id . The user Id string is of 10 character length is communicated your mobile
number available in our recors through SMS (your ICET counselling code followed by 666666 OR
66666 OR 6666 depending on length of college code 4 OR 5 OR 6 characters as the case may
be).

You can view the details of candidates allotted in a given branch using the link List of
alloted candidates details entering the branch code and click on show.
You can view the summary seat position of your institution using the link Summary seat
position.

ABOVE VERSIONS.

You can also view the details of candidates reported through self-reporting system
accepting the allotment and willingness to join your college/course using the link
candidates joining details for the given branch code.
When a candidate has reported in your college through self reporting system or through HLC,
and submitted the allotment order, joining report along with original documents and
certificates and paid the tuition fee, you are required to confirm his joining by clicking in the
check box present against each candidate. If the candidate wishes to withdraw his admission,
you can permit by returning the originals and tuition fee paid and uncheck the checkbox by
clicking again ( the tick mark disappears after this action). If a candidate has not reported
through self reporting system or at hlc, the check box will be in disabled mode and the
candidate shall be directed to report through self reporting system. Any cancellations carried
out at hlc will be displayed in the bottom pannel of the above screen.
