Daily Assignments:◦ Go over sample essays on argument essay you completed; you will get these
essay results back after break◦ Look over questions for next class’ Socratic Seminar on Walden and take notes◦ Work on paper proposal; due on November 16 to Discussion Board of
www.turnitin.com ◦ Go over Tips for Writing a Synthesis Essay (p. 168) and do group brainstorming
activity ◦ Work on group Utopia activity—share by the end of class
◦ Remember A Class- Have your RLARS book so you can read after you finish your Socratic Seminar.
