- Automatic Train Protection System (ATPS) based on INDUSI (Punktförmige Zugbeeinflussung – PZB) principle designed for installation onto trains and locomotives in order to increase the safety of railway traffic- Components of ATPS device are compatible with INDUSI ATPS infrastructure designed by other vendors- High quality level and the state-of-the-art technology provide safe operation of the system in various climatic and environmental conditions- Event recorder installed in the device- For speeds up to 160 km/h- Easy maintenance and servicing- Excellent support in terms of test equipment- Flexible customization of system and central unit according to customer requirement
- Dead man’s control system is a safety system that controls the alertness of the locomotive driver- It consists of dead man’s control unit UDB1, three tone sound indicator ZS and foot switch which comes in two variants – UP1 (narrow) and UP1D (wide)- In case when the driver (for any reason) is not alert, the dead man’s control unit UDB1 produces light and sound signals. If the driver does not react to light and sound signals, the dead man’s control unit UDB1 will begin the braking process of the train. - Dead man’s control unit UDB1 is designed according to following standards: UIC 641, IEC 571, IEC 571-1 and IEC 571-2

- One 19" × 3U rack controls up to 8 counting points configured on 1 to 6 sections plus fail safe long automatic block section control according to EN 50159 using all existing communication mediums, transmission systems and networks. - Basic application of the modular system axle counter BO23 is the station section occupancy control (switch points, crossings and other sections on railway stations), level-crossing occupancy control as well as block section occupancy control.- Outdoor from indoor equipment distance up to 49km
TÜV RheinlandSIL4 Certificate
Level crossing protection system is the ideal solution for installation on the existing unprotected or future level crossings on the line with or without any signalling infrastructure; as well as easy replacement of existing old LC protection systems. Simple configuration of tle RLC23 on the system and components level by using the PC/Windows configuration wizard. All types of road signals, barriers/half-barriers and train driver’s indica-tion signals can be used according to the local national regulations.
- Modular system based on microprocessor platform APIS-RLC, designed and certified according to EN50126, EN 50128 and EN 50129 requirements for SIL 4; certificate issued by TÜV Rheinland (ACR/B 13/225)- Possibility of driving up to 8 road signals (light + sound), 2 pairs of barriers or half-barriers, up to 8 control signals for train driver (if needed); lanterns for road light signals can be performed with double-filament bulbs or with LEDs- Train detection sub-system is a SIL4 certified axle counter system BO23

- Provides connection with older types of level crossing systems and other signalling-safety devices by safety relay contact outputs- Bidirectional operation (activation in both directions of train movement) or unidirectional operation (activation in only one direction of train movement); both modes of operation are fail-safe- Ideal replacement for old mechanical or magnetic wheel detectors, track circuits or loops; one sensor ZK24-2 replaces two single wheel detectors because of its doubled structure of wheel detection- TDR14 is based on train detectors UTR/ITR
