Importance of GoodIndoor Air Quality

When a premise is shielded from the outdoor environment,a set of indoor environmental problems is created. Furthermore,the problems are exacerbated by unnecessary cost-saving energystrategies, like reducing fresh air intake and usage of low-ratedfilters for instance. IAQ Assessment

More people are now aware that the quality of indoor air has asignificant impact on human health and comfort - after all, most peoplespend most of their time indoors.

Poor indoor air quality can lead to discomfort, ill health, and in theworkplace, absenteeism and lower productivity. Scientific evidencesindicate that a range of health problems and complaints are associatedwith indoor air pollutants. The problems range from transient sensoryirritation of the respiratory tract to life-threatening diseases.

Our IAQ assessment includes walk-through inspection, evaluation, andmeasurement of thermal comfort and air contaminants. The most advancedIAQ instruments are employed to conduct the survey. The values measuredshall be compared against the maximum threshold limits set by the SingaporeStandard SS 554 : 2009.

IAQ Solutions

AOM’s range of air purifiers comes with up to 10 levels of comprehensive filtration, and covers up to more than 1000 sqft. Our air purifiers are used in all of Singapore’s government hospitals to provide excellent levels of IAQ.

AOM carries an array of air purification solutions that tackles a variety of IAQ problems - dust, smoke, mold, microbes, pollen, bacteria, viruses, odor, high humidity and many more.

SCRUBBOX, AOM’s kitchen exhaust electrostatic air cleaner, leverages onelectrostatic precipitation to provide effective containment of particulatematters, grease, oil, water vapour, smell, and smoke generated from cookingto the strict standards set forth by Singapore’s National Environment Agency(NEA). SCRUBBOX comes with worldwide-recognized CE, FCC, TUV,and SGS certifications to attest for its superior safety, quality, and efficiency.

SCRUBBOX uses induced electrostatic charge to charge and collectpassing pollutants (down to 0.01 micron) in a kitchen exhaust system,and it meets NEA’s ‘Ventilation and Air Exhaust Systems’ guidelines underits Code of Practice on Environmental Health.

Made of solid construction and heavy-duty collection plates that deliveramazing consistent performance at up to 98% efficiency (EPA EnvironmentalAnalysis Laboratory – NIEA A101.74C) – every single day.

An external heat exchanger constantly regulates the temperature of theelectrical components in the electrostatic air cleaner, ensuring optimalperformance. An equipment power cut-off feature (when the air cleaner’sdoor is opened) has also been added to further enhance product safety. Theincorporated high voltage power pack also comes with de-energisingcapability to ensure swift and safe service and maintenance of thekitchen exhaust air cleaner.

AOM HC Series Hoods

AOM HC Series Hoods are designed to be the most efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable solution for kitchen exhaust air collection and treatment.

These hoods integrate flame-impeding Honeycomb Filters, ElectrostaticPrecipitators, and Ozone Generators (FILTRAIRTM technology) into akitchen exhaust hood to effectively treat smoke, oil & grease and odorfrom cooking processes.
