Meridiana Maintenance was founded on March 1st, 2010 from the union of the

maintenance activities of the Italian airlines Meridiana and Eurofly. The company has as

such achieved a high level of competencies and a strong commitment to safe aircraft

maintenance resulting from over four decades in the field.

Our historic core competencies in Commercial Aircraft Maintenance Activities laid the

foundations from which we extended our business to Corporate Jet Market.

Meridiana Maintenance in cooperation with CORJET, an Iberia subsidiary MRO specialized

in Gulfstream and Dassault Falcon aircraft, and SOGAERDYN, the FBO of Cagliari-Elmas

airport, provides a full spectrum of private, VIP and corporate aviation services.

Meridiana Maintenance and its partners can provide technical support for any scheduled

or unscheduled activities to be performed on many type of private aircraft landing in the

CAG FBO.

� AOG recovery services – On Call;

� Nitrogen Replenishing;

� Aircraft servicing (like tires inflation);

Merdiana Maintenance and its partners provides 24-hour AOG service on 365 days a year.

The AOG team, based in OLB or MAD, offers quick response and efficient assistance in

case of technical problems. Authorized engineers of our company partner offer a variety

of services for the following aircraft:

Notes:

1. AOG support rate includes 4 hours labor and preparation/travel time (typ. 6 hours).

Any labor hours beyond the 4 hours flat rate will be charged at the following

prevailing rates:

* NDT inspection upon availability/capability.

2. If at the moment of your support request, the AOG team is sited in OLB, it generally

can be in the CAG FBO within 4 hours of the call. If not, we can always ensure the

AOG support in the CAG FBO within 12 hours of the call.

3. Customer supplied parts will be subject to a 10% surcharge.

Notes:

1. Prices applied during normal weekdays (Monday – Friday / 10:00 – 22:00). A 40%

surcharge shall apply outside normal weekdays time.

2. Services provided by Cagliari based staff, upon availability.
